  1. I have bought a $30 adjustable boost controller off eBay.

    Iv hooked that t peice that comes in the kit between the acutator and the intake vac hose.

    With the middle nipple on the tee iv ran it to the boost controller.

    The boost controller has just taken the solenoids spot.

    Iv turned the boost controller to negative side and I'm still getting rediculas boost results.

    Iv swapped a few hoses around and the boost is still amazingly high?

    Any help will do thanks alex

  2. Okay,

    Today I got my exhaust fitted up, new spark, new coil packs, upgraded the fuel pump to the walbro gss342 or whatever it's called.

    Tomorrow I'll get the intercooler done and put the boost controller in and see what I can get out of it.

    That pic help a lot mate thanks. I've been looking at the high mount setups and a lot of people have done individually different.

    i have an r33 gtst and i plan on going high mount turbo setup,

    a few questions i wanna ask before going threw with this.

    Is there a way without using a forward facing plenum?

    Will the power steering ressy will need to be relocated/were?

    Also what other upgrades will need to be done to support mt gt35/40 and 38mm wastegate?

    the main reason im doing this is about 1 year ago i bought the upgrades

    not knowing the cost of labour and so for a project i wanna put it all in.

    Just looking at it i will cut abit of the piping out on the intercoooler and spark plugs/coilpacks will be easy to replace.

    I see there are threads on forward facing plenum installs which is good, also to the people who have done it have they used the chinese manifolds and are they any good?

  4. Changed the fluids and filters.

    The fuel filter was so clogged I couldn't even blow threw it.

    Its getting better when go to accelerate and it's smooth but it's feeling like a traction control is on.

    Engine is keen to go to 7000rpm but in the wet today it felt like traction was on.

    Is that sounding like a diff problem?

    Plugs changed tommorrow and so will coilpacks, that should sort misfire problems.

  5. Yeah it's shuddering,

    It starts shuddering when it's at about 5000rpm and doesn't wanna go any further, it's feeling like the car is redlining and the whole car is shuddering.

    It's not a build up because it's smooth Intil it hits the 5000rpm.

    It's sounding like traction control is on when you lose control in the wet and it's that jumpy feeling.

    It's causing the back wheels to rumble real bad.

    It doesn't matter what gear I'm in the engine runs out of rev.
