i got rear ended last friday

thks bro, i work for CBC so belts, seals, pullies etc. aint hard to get hold of. we sell timing belt tensioner kits at work ------------------ thanks all for the advice, im def goin to put the money in and get her fixed up i called nissan to try and get hold of some water hoses, the guy rekons 300 or so including freight from over seas o.O bushes he has in stock for 34 bucks a pop he rekons so that aint all bad, just got to look for a new/2nd hand radiator. cheers

hey all, im not sure if my car is running as well as it should b.... 138XXX kms, simon did my oil filter/oil change, new belts, new plugs, coolant flush done not long ago. looks as of the timming belt and water pump was done not long ago but should get it redone so im "sure" its done. needs new: castor rod bushes, new hoses, new radiator (as begun to corrode), def needs a paint job, front bumber scratched a lil and not fitted properly, wheel alignment, new tires. it idles quite rough and 1 of the belts slips when i start her up. im up for spending money on my car but i dont want to spend the amount i paid for it on making it run 100%.. im after advice and opinions... cheers peps.

they are private sales bro. i spoke to about 20-30 people about R32s and actually drove out and looked at about 15 cars. no1 will ask for a deposit for a car without u looking at it, if they do then u know not to go there. there is nothing is wrong with finding a car over the net. yes your price is reasonable but im telling you thats where you should at least start to look.

bro if i was you id keep an eye on the For Sale (Private Whole cars only) forum, i know some cars are not local and most inter-state but there are some good cars on there for cheap and people will respect you for looking for a skyline from the forums. I foound my car on there and im sure many others did 2! give it a month and you'll find a nice 33 series 2 on there good luck on your buy

My leak got a shat load worse on friday night, so im like nah F this ill take it to a workshop (friends of the family). after being in the shop for all day saturday and 200 bucks later i get my car back minus the leak. i did next to no driving sat night, sunday morning i was driving back from the shops and i can smell coolant burning, i drove really slow back home watching my temp gauge carefully, as i pull in it hits the "H". pop the bonnet to find another split hose the top radiator hose.... another 10 bucks later i got a new hose on there. no leaks so far but now im to scared to drive the car :S incase of another.... something or rather shitting itself under the hood. my question is, was this a coincidence? or do i have a more serious problem that needs attention? any advice or thoughts would be awesome
