nah man i got NFI, it does anal your alarm system tho. Ask an auto elec, they should have a problem doing it. cost me 180 to do tho. they charge so much!!!!

hey all, im looking to improve my engine bay (long way to go) i want to replace vac lines with blue silicon hoses etc. going for the blue look. now i am a guru on skyrines and know everything there is to know ..... i wish....ive seen breather tanks in the spot of this tank thing, im not sure wat it is tho. so here is the pic. i was hoping some1 could give me a low down on wat it is and wat it does. im sure in not a breather tank??? also im looking at a new intake. i was going to do a blue silicon hose from the turbo to the pod or slicon to pipe then pod. would this work? i have posted in the FAB forum but no1 loves me there. id love to hear some ideas!

hey all! i want to rid off my stock intake rubber hose BS! it collects dirt, looks.... stock lol and apparently collapses at high boost. this was my original train of thinking.... Turbo -> silicon connector -> pipping (with elbow direction away from engine) -> slilcon connector -> pod (well AFM b4 pod) But i was reading about pipping, apparently the aluminium pipping will hold heat more than the silicon hose. so i was thinking... Turbo -> silicon hose (with elbow direction away from engine) -> Pod. will this work?

dude i has this problem on my car. although the auto elec shouldve picked up on it. its the immobiliser.... my car cranked but didnt fire. my auto elec just by passed the imobiliser. fixed the problem... 500 bucks later getting it towed half way round the globe

aye she needs a good wash lol. if i washing the engine bay i only need to cover the pod filter? is there anything else? i want to run silicon hoses through the engine but im no 100% sure wat are vacum hoses and fuel lines. is there a theard on hidding wires? wat shit dont i need in there drift pig? im gonna polish the pipping this weekend i rekon i been chasing a plenum for a while now, called car toys (SA greddy supplier) and its a no go, greddy only make em for RB25/6 this makes me a sad panda. gonna have to try and a generic 1 on ebay or something.

yeh thats just the lines... i cant find my effen camera atm. ill post some pics tomorrow. the calipers still have the 'm-spec' lines goin into them but they are cut further along the lines... so just past where the bracket sits, so i was thinking of just trying to undo the hose at 1 of the connection points and try and fit my hose in there. *edit - Thanks for the link tho Evil, i need all the help i cant get *

Hey peps, i want to make my engine bay look bettre then it already does, im going with the "blue theme" i have blue radiator hoses and blue belts. the hoses connecting my intercooler pipping is also blue. i was hoping to find some RB20 engine bay pics on here but i couldnt find any... so here i am! people throw me some ideas and pics if possible! much appreciated.

My lines were cut!!!!! c) type-m spec discs, which will generally be much thicker than the non type-m d) brake fluid bottles x 2 (DOT 3 or better rating) - supercheap auto e) brake bleed kit (supercheap auto) "In a way this is one of the more fiddly parts of the process. Make sure you have the type-m lines or equivelent, as the non type-m have a different thread pattern on the caliper end and WILL NOT work (trust me I tried)" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So that means i need M Type lines from somewhere? has any1 done this conversion b4, any help would b appreciated! --------------------

i called this "god of skyline ECUs" - jeff. and had a big long chat with him yesterday, he is gonna hook me up with a remap and walbro pump deal

the RB26 plenum will fit onto the RB20? i just want a plenum coz it makes the engine bay look soooooooo much neater.
