I have up for sale a standard HCR32 5 speed gearbox that has done about 80,000km.
It came out of a HCR32 half cut and was in perfect running order when removed. The gearbox shifts very smooth with no obscene noises and appears to be in very good condition.
The only thing it is missing is the clutch fork it self and shifter plate but if your're doing a straight swap you can use all your old parts.
This is a perfect replacement gearbox for anyone who is looking for something with low KM's or even to use for parts

Trent: Thats crazy toe for the front.. how do you find tyre wear, and does it start to get twitchy in a straight line at speed? Also with the rear, do they still dynamically toe out with HICAS disabled?
Gary: Whiteline offer 24mm front and 27mm rear swaybars, are these suitable for standard jap coilover spring rates (ie. 6f 8r)?
And do you guys think there is any point going for the lighter hollow style japanese swaybars over whiteline?

Item:1.5 way LSD in R200 housing, 5 bolt halfshafts
Condition: Good, minimal clunking - can hardly tell its there, locks up 2 wheels and has never slipped on me. I have only been to two track days with this diff, and the car has only been on the road for 3-4 months while I had the diff installed.
Chris DeJager has driven my car at a Winton drift practice day, and also mentioned how good the diff feels.
Price: Swaps for 2-way LSD in Housing or Locked r200 with cash my way or standard VLSD r200 with cash.

Here's a pic of the diff from when I bought it to put it in my R32.
Reason for wanting a 2-way is due to my car being used more for drift than anything else these days, and since I now have a daily so I don't care about how harsh it is!

do you have both front LCA's?

Awesome idea! Very simple to do too! Will definitely do this when i chuck some 33 lcas in my 32.
One thing that comes to mind though, is that the LCA is often bent when theres a collision with a gutter or the like, so wouldnt this mean that the next weakest component will give way instead?
