A well known auction site is selling what appears to be a new age version of the CONSULT described in the original GTR workshop manuals. It basically includes the cable that hooks up to the connector in the fuse box and connects to software on your laptop via USB. Just wondering if anyone has purchased one of these and found it to useful or a dud.

The figures displayed in one of the software screen shots were clearly bogus but it's hard to tell..

Hi Guys,
Up for sale is a set of 19" x 10" +45 Jawa wheels with Federal 595 275/30/ZR19 Semi Slicks basically brand new
with seriously no more than 300km on them (2 trips from Geelong to Melbourne).
The wheels are in great condition with no gutter rash at all as per the photos:
I'm posting these wheels for a friend of mine who has upgraded his 34 GTR.
Here's a pic of what they looked like on the 34. Would most likely fit a 33 GTR without modification. Won't fit a 32 without rolling the guards.
Pick up from Melbourne. Postage can be arranged at buyers expense.
Asking: $1,500
Call Dave: 0402 612 057, SMS John: 0401 310 443, or PM.
Cheers.

look like aids
haha right
Any other thoughts? Anyone had 19s fitted?

Hi I'm wondering if these wheels will fit an r32 GTR. They came off an r34 GTR
Skyline model = R32 GTR
Wheel diameter = 19"
Wheel width = 10" or 10.5"
Wheel offset = 45
Tyre size = 275/30/19
Will they fit: ?
Modifications to fit = ?
Any insight would be appreciated. Cheers.

I'm in Geelong with a completely factory 32 GTR but don't get out enough. My mate has a black 400awkw 34 gtr in street trim (race fuel tune) but he's not on the forums. Another mate has a 32 GTS4 auto with marble paint pimped out for cruising only - also not on the forums.
As the weather gets warmer we should organise something. There's heaps of good roads *away* from the bullshit of Ritchie Boulevard...
Who drives the 32 gtr that works(ed) at the Caltex in Grovedale? Very clean car
-
What colour was it? I remember 2. One looked more track than drag with an older guy (open face helmet) driving it. The other one had sparkly glitter paint.
It was a sick night. I loved it. Been missing it the last few years. I'm going to get myself some drag tyres and go there early next year.
Shame there was no burnout comp. The 7.67sec mustang was awesome!!!
Yeah I saw the sparkly one! I'm thinking of the gun metal grey one with the te37s and slicks with the writing on the tyre walls. Yeah I couldn't believe how many people were there it was sweeeet! I'd be keen to have a crack I've never done it before
Did it take long to get out of the car park? I bailed about 15 minutes early to try and beat the rush

Did anyone see the 32 gtr that was absolutely off its head last Friday night (the 4th)... It ran an 11.4 or something. he had it parked near the track before it got dark - spewing I didn't have my camera it was perfection up close. would LOVE to do mine like that

need these gone, 2200 pickup!
Done. you have PM
Thanks,

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to figure out the toughest looking but sensible size and offset on a 32 GTR.
I'm currently looking at some Nismo LMGT4 18x9 +22 but am not sure how they'll look. What do you think?

Yeah go the R33 GT-R!!
I still have that Wheels mag at home! It's a great article too, they basically said the GTR wins it hands-down performance wise but could be a bit too raw for a long term prospect - and the M3 is better suited for that. I love the M3 as well but the GT-R (especially R33 with its longer wheelbase) is still a perfect daily drive that can fit all the shopping, your golf bats and two passengers comfortably in the back seat while going from 0-100 in 5 seconds flat. I've owned mine for nearly 4 years, hardly a short term affair.
It would be great to own an Aussie delivered one, can't believe they struggled to sell the last third of the 100. I still remember being 9 years old and lusting after a Tamiya model R32 GT-R.
Heh - my old man picked me up a Tamiya model r32 GTR at a garage sale earlier in the year for $5. It had been opened but not assembled at all. Even at 25 y.o I was absolutely stoked!
It took f*kin ages to put together, very detailed and looks just like my real one!

Hi,
I'm wondering what the difference is between the two r32 GTR steering wheels I've come across. Both are identical from the front, but
Wheel 1: Has a round 'boss kit' at the back and is about 1cm smaller than;
Wheel 2: Which has a plastic piece running along the back 'handles' which shapes into the boss kit.
Could wheel 2 be from a '92-'94 model and wheel 1 from an '89 - '91 model? Are they interchangeable? (I know there's a HICAS sensor) connector on both which appears to be different between the two.
I don't have any photos I'm afraid but some advice from anyone knowledgeable would be appreciated.
Cheers

Hi guys,
My insurance company has replaced my passenger side front indicator (next to the headlight) on my '90 r32 GTR and it's really bright and really yellow compared to the original on the driver's side. I queried whether the part was genuine and they assure me it is. I'm pretty sure the original on the driver's side has not been tinted in any way so...
I'm trying to ascertain:
1. Could the new brighter one be for a GTST or something? Is there a difference between the GTST and GTR ones in terms of colour?
2. Can I tell for sure whether the part is genuine?
3. Or is it just brighter because it's new, in which case I just have to put up with it? If so, any suggestions on darkening it?
Any useful help and insight would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
John
