I used to work at ROH. they were pretty dodgy. I was on the paint line. powder coating and painting that shitty shadow chrome. Which is only silver over gloss black powder. Cheap as. If you look on the back on wheels such as Adrenalins, Drift R's etc you will see holes in the back of the spokes. Some large some small. Not machined properly. They couldn't fix it so they just went with it.

Yeah I get you. I guess what Im trying to say is. Id rather buy a decent house. work on it. live in it. not sell it. You buy a house for lets say $250k. you sell it some years later for $350k. You buy another house for $350k, ok. The new house valued at 350K was also probably worth $250k when you bought the first house. Follow ? Have you stepped up in terms of owning a better house ? I would rather live life, buy a decent house and be done with it. there are enough dilemmas in modern day life to worry about selling buying selling buying.

Some people buy a cheap house. It will go up in value. In most cases yes. But once you sell this house and you want to buy another house, . That house has also gone up right ? Everything goes up, not just what your selling... Remember the amount of interest your paying also. Not just I got this for such and such and sold it for such and such,.
