  1. I have a feeling i desroyed my box, managed to limp it home, I can get into all gears, but from a stop into first is some hardcore juddering and some knocking. Clutch pedal feels a bit lighter aswell? Not to sure why that would be. If i replace the box, i know the rb25det is the box to get, but its expensive over here. What other boxes can i use, are they all the same size? rb20det box fit my 30det? Have an excedy 5 puck clutch in there too.

In a 180sx Rb30det R32 rb25de head, reconditioned Block all acid diped replaced pistons and rings acl bearings 3inch exhaust Intercooler Evo yellowtop injectors cheap t3/t04e .63 rear .50 front link g3 hd clutch crap photo, but 240kw at wheels at about 5250. Full boost around 3400. very linear power.
  3. 1, if the rb20det intake manifold will fit my head. (it doesnt matter if the port on the manifold is smaller) 2, How much you would charge for what i need
  4. Just bumping this up. SirRacer, Are the stud holes the the rb20det the same? I can grind the ports out to match the bigger ports on the head no worries. The custom plenums look cool, what else needs modifying to make them fit besides intake piping? Looks like they use standard intake runners so fuel rail shouldnt be a problem? Are they for the r32 rb25de head? Wouldnt mind seeing some prices I just need this intake manifold before i can chuck it back on the dyno. so far, getting 180kw at wheels at 4000rpm before boost spikes and goes wild (because of wastegate) which has now been sorted. So the manifold is next on the list

  6. Recently bought a 180sx with a Rb30det in it. Just getting some work done to it now. I think i really need to be changing the inlet manifold as its currently got a standard manifold thats been welded up (not too rugged) to be front facing. It doesnt look like it would have good flow to number1 cyl though. Its got an r32 Rb25de head on it. I need to know what manifolds will fit this head. My tuner thinks it might be the same as an rb20det because it is a small port head. Thoughts on the greedy style manifolds? Need help quick.
  7. Just a bit of a hijack. Ive got an rb30det in a 180sx. Its got a 500Hp walbro intank fuel pump in it. Its just at a workshop at the moment getting bigger injectors and a link g3 installed. ( i think they are evo injectors they have sorced). Before it gets put on the dyno, do i tell them i dont want it to run anymore then 14psi? The fuel line pressures that have been mentioned, are these the same through all turbo nissan motors? I wasnt aware how boost affected fuel line pressure.
