It says it on the top of the spring. You have to undo the lock nut and drop the spring.

Does anyone know where I can buy/order some different springs for my JIC's here in adelaide or on the web. I bought them last year but the 8kg front's aren't as responsive as I would like. I want to get 10kg. I dont really want to go to a wrecker and them saying "Yeah, we can order some but they'll only come in or next container" Which will take forever! Any ideas?

I need to do the same! Stupid sunroof. What's the easiest way to lower the seat? Can u just get different rails or will I need to get a racing seat? Me and my mate are keen as to go out and are trying to get our cars sorted for the track.

Nah, coz I only want to get a racing seat just for the fact that i'll able to mount it lower and give me a bit more head room. But I was just thinking, Does anyone know if it's possible to put 34gtr seats in a 32? Spose i'd have to get different rails....

Hey guys, just wondering, Where's the best place (as in, largest range) in SA to find a NEW racing seats? I'd like to be able to sit in them b4 I buy them and I don't want no 2nd hand shit. I wouldn't of worried about it but my car's got a sunroof and my head already touches the roof, if I put a helmet on I reckon i'll have to tilt my head. (Probably not the most comfortable position to be in whilst fanging around lala.) Also, where's the best place to buy a helmet? (largest range) Cheers! (I hope)

I feel strongly about this so I'm happy to work at it, but I just wouldn't know where to start, who to talk to, etc. Anyone tried to do anything like this before? Who do I have to "convince" to make this happen? It's a pity the government doesn't comprimise/talk with car enthusiasts to try and resolve/minimise hoon behaviour.

I think we really need a skid pan here! We could have so many events there, eg. motokhana's, drift, go to whoa, burnout's, whatever! Even just "open" nights during the week to get it out of your system, and it would also be a good place to catch up and have a chat with free entertainment. It would save all the "hoons" doing it on the street. Especially if it was low cost. And it would be awsome if it was central, not miles away. You wouldn't need alot of land. Does anyone know who you would have to speak to to get the ball rolling??? What's everyones view on this?
