I actually have a video of a about 3mins of the mountain happiness :( But I'm talking a fair bit of shit over the top of it so I don't want to upload it.

Uploaded 58 photos in total to my myspace

Sick! you were behind me on the way up, thanks for the arse end pics. Thanks for all the other pics too people, some good shots.

  2. I have a basicly standard R34 GTR v-spec 2, and I was wondering if a pair of Garret (t76 I think but not sure, I will list the specs below) Turbos will replace the standard ones without too much modification. Not too familiar with this type of numbering. What would the equivilant be? such as 2530 or so on.

they weigh 14 kg each, that sounds huge.

    Serial number is GF18174W

Number on inlet housing is 031AM33

Number on exhaust housing is M3AR1-18 VB

Intake diameter is 50mm and blade outer width is 20mm

    Exhaust base measure's 112mm by 98mm and port's measure 50mm by 35mm.

    any help would be appreciated.

  3. having trouble with pics.

how does the car ride? not too bad, set at standard ride heigt the springs are more compressed than when the coils are set to lower than standard so u get a bit more give. at standard height its still a good ride with good handling,

ud be more than welcome to cme have a ride in my car if u wanna c what they like.

dont think they will fit a gtr. do both front and rears have the same round hole at the bottom or is one round and one u shape?

  4. Hey guys,

I noticed the other day that my indicators in my r33 series two, stock front bar are discusting.

They are the ones that are right next to the fog lights in a horrible orange colour.

Pretty much i want them to be clear. Is there any ideas on how to do this or are there clear bits of glass for them and where could i buy them from.

Please help they are ugly

    regards in advance

    google or ebay it.

  5. I spent a few hours today reading up about the boost restrictor on the GTRs. I located the pipe on my car, but couldnt find the restrictor(the most my cars boost gets up to is .74 bar). Read some other stuff after checking mine and found somewhere saying the R34 GTRs dont have the restrictor. So without buying a boost controller is there any way to get the boost up to 1 bar like you can in previos models?

    Any help would be great.

  6. anyone inerested in cheap insurance call HIA insurnace on 98087224 contact AVEDIS, mention my name Mirko and youl definatly get cheap insurance.

let me know your success stories, he will insure anycar.

thanks Mirko, talked to Avedis at HIA on Friday, he called me back today with the best quote, so I took it. 34yo, 2000 gtr V-spec 2, $64 000, 60% no claim, rating 1 ,Brisbane, 1 suspension in the last 3 years. $1730 full comp, $640 excess.

Shannons was ok, $1920, $650 excess, they would have been my next choice.

just cars was $1530 with $1900 excess and $2200 excess if stolen, what a shit quote!

famous was $1350 with $750 excess, they want a 3 point immobiliser installed and I dont want to wait around if I do make a claim, so I avoided them.
