hey guys my mate just asked me for some help removing his dash in his R34 NA. But we only managed to remove the gear knob surrounding. any idea how to remove the rest of it ? cuz it seems like it has no screws anywhere and we dont dare to pull it too hard because the buttons seem to be attached to the dash. cheers, don

sorry to hear that mate ... my car got keyed from back to front just after i bought it ... and the next day ... got keyed at the boot ... sigh ... i dont understand whats wrong with this ppl .. hard earned money just goes down the drain .. take it easy man, it took me almost a month to get over it ...

hmmmm ... how could it add up to 80 bux i wonder .. maybe they accidentally charged extra or something .. hope he is still keeping the recipt ... i know a few of us ordered quite a few drinks into the meal ... but even that cant possibily come up to 80 bux ... thats really weird ... if we cant find out who forgot to pay or something .. i suggest that we should just divide the 80 among ourselves and pay him back ... there were around 12 - 13 ppl on our table so that shouldnt be much ...

damn mate ... sorry to hear that ... my house got broken into last night by 3 abos ... stole 2 laptops, mobile phone, ipod, spare keys to a R34 25GT .......... and a BMW and a MERC A class .... i'm gonna get some pictures and details of the 2 cars that got stolen from my housemates and start up a new post .. hopefully all of yous could keep a look out while driving ... hope u get your car back mate ...

i drive a very stock NA skyline .. just running with a different exhaust tip and i get popping sounds sometimes. just wondering if its suppose to do that or is there something wrong with my car and its not burning fuel properly ??

sorry to hear that dude, hopefully you will get things sorted out as soon as possible. Ive had my share of bad experience, and it almost cost me to go thru all the shit. I was going for dinner with my girlfriend, we were driving on canning hwy when these bunch of P plater kids crusing in their DAMN DAMN DAMN UGLY station wagons, all 'pimped' up aparently....... when we were at the lights i got boxed in, while waiting for the lights to turn gree, this SOB behind me was like doing a burnout behind me, i was so damn scared his foot might jsut slip off his brake and the car will just ram into mine. Lucky didnt happen but thses i really wanted to come down of the car and smash their heads.

I feel you mate !! haahah .. nvm im proud of driving a NA car .. i didn't want to get a turbo in the first place so i settled for a NA car no problems whatsoever since i got my car .. hope i didnt say that too soon !! LOL

hey mate, my housemate drives a WRX MY98, and his car is giving him some problems similar to yours eversince he got the car, which was about one week ago. Sometimes the engine just idle below 1000RMP and it feels as if its choking and spitting black smoke out the back. I was in the car with him once and the car enigne just went off in the middle of driving !!! It does that sometimes and when he went to the workshop to have them have a look, everything seems ok. He just sent the car into the workshop again and left it there this morning to get it inspected on what was wrong. I'll let you know whats wrong with his car once the mechanic calls him, hope its of some help. Cheers, Donovan

yeah just turn it anticlockwise .. it should come off .. i turn my stock one all the time .. and now its so damn lose .. when i tighten it .. its not straight anymore ! .. dont play with it too much with the stock one .. haha

yeah it is different for everyone .. i alwasy associate the term riceboy with people who drive Honda's .. i dont know why .. although i dont associate something bad or anything like that .. just think of Honda when someone mention riceboy .. LOL
