My battery had been swapped by a f*cking mechanic when i had my BOV installed. He asked to come and pick up the car an hour later. This happened a week ago and now then i realized that it had been swapped with some China Brand Battery with some Chinese Character on it. I got my car back to the mechanic and he fu*king denied it. So i can't help it but to get another new battery in cause now i having trouble starting my sky. Just wondering wat is the best brand and wat kind in term of "size" of battery is suitable by R33 GTST. Any help with be really appreciated.

I have just got my car back from the mechanic. He was quite pissed when i told him that i gonna get the turbo charger from someone else for $500. He said it's impossible unless it's a second hand one. So, probably my car going to lie in the garage for quite sometime before i can get a new turbo. Anyone in this forum mind to tell me where can i get one? and how much is it? "$2500 for a new turbo would get you a nice Ball bearing Garrett turbo. " At the same time, i think if i spend $2500 to get a aftermarket turbo charger like wat "GTST" said, isn't i need to change all other stuff like fuel injection and other stuff. So gonna cost more right? Anyway, i really looking forward for a turbo charger. Please tell me where to get one or PM me if u got one. Thanks

I got this R33 skyline like 2 months ago.. Within this 2 months i had spent like $4000 for all the repair bit. The first problem was a broken clutch, then follow up with a burst radiator and then the heater spoil. I am really broke now. T Then now come out with a new problem. According to the mechanic, he said that my turbo charger is spoil and is starting to suck up all the engine oil and leak out thru the seal. Then he quoted me around $2500 to fix it. Let me rephrase. That's actually not fixing but to get a new turbo charger. Is the price reasonable? Is it better to go for second hand one? Anyway, have a thought in my mind..... Is it worth keeping for this car??? Please help me.... Thanks heaps

just a quick question. how can u actually tell that the 02 sensor is not working anymore? Cause my car is running damn rich now... can even smell the petrol out from the exhaust.... Anyone got a photo of 02 sensor? where is it located ?

I got a Apexi Boost Gauge in my car. But i can only see 1 bar? What is 1 bar? How to calculate PSI?

Anyway, how does the heater for the car works? use the heat from radiator? Why the heater is not working when the radiator drain up?

Shoudl i put the blame on the mechanic who fixed my clutch?

Hi guys, My R33 GTST got a serious problem now. I went for a mechanic to repair my clutch last week. Until yesterday i noticed the temperature for the car shoot up to "H". Before that i only smell some radiator coolant coming out from the aircon vent and the front demister. So surprised that when i open the radiator cap, the whole rediator dried up. After i did some investigate, notice that it's actually leak out from the plastic under the dash board.WTF.... Wat's the coolant doing under my dashboard...??? The coolant wet the whole carpet of the passenger side. I am so blur now.. Cause i dunno wat actually happen... Someone mind to tell me why would this happen plz? It's because they break it when they fix the clutch??

Hi everyone, as mention in the subject, i just bought a blow off valve from autobarn. I noticed there is a "Tight" and "Loose" on top of the valve. What is the purpose of it? Cause as u can tell i am totally newbies for high performance car.

Stock turbo mean factory turbo right? sorry cause i am really new for turbo car.. yeah i got a aftermarket intercooler which was installed by the previous owner in jap.

At the same time, i also bought a boost controller and a blow-off valve. Anyway is blow off valve illegal? i think i prefer the factory made valve than the one i bought in autobarn. And there tune my boost to 1 bar.. will that cause any damage to my engine? IT's really a fast car now... Yippy~~~

Went to Autobarn today again because i didn't manage to remote start when the engine is cold. The whole idea of remote start is to warm up the engine. But autobarn can't fix it. So it's a bit useless for me to get remote start oledi. Spent so much for nothing......

the model that i unstalled is Viper 790xv include an autobarn turbo timer.

At the same time, how long would u ppl set on ur turbo timer? i mean the duration b4 it switch off. Do u guys reckon 3 mins. is good enough?

For your information, i just paid AUD 1350 for Viper alarm system because i didn't realize that it don't come with turbo timer, so need to pay for the turbo timer as well. Shit autobarn...

Is there any chance for those ppl to decode it or should i say break the code? do u reckon i still need to use the steering lock?
