Factory Privacy Glass And Wa Registration

Are you sure ? The regulations state 35% on all windows, except the windscreen. -
Does anyone know the % light transmission of the factory privacy glass ? I have to get my 350GT coupe rego changed from Vic to WA and need to get it inspected. They tell me that the min level is 35% so I'm not sure if its going to pass as it looks a lot darker than that. Note that the factory privacy glass is only on the rear and rear quarter windows. Has anyone had any problems getting a vehicle inspected in WA with privacy glass ?

2003 V35 350GT premium automatic coupe Everything is stock standard

Was very surprised to discover that the V35 350GT that I just got yesterday didn't have cruise control. For a highly specced car, this is amazing. I had always assumed it was standard. Has anyone tried fitting an aftermarket one ? I find it the easiest way to avoid speeding.

Just picked up Car No issues with tyres in the dry so far. Fairly quite and grips very well, so will keep them for now. The size was 245/40/18 rears and 225/40 fronts and not 45's as stated before. The specs on several websites mention that they should be 45's but the tyre plackard on the driver's side door says 40 so I assume it is supposed to be 40.

Unfortunately the price I paid was for their "standard compliance" which means they get to keep everything they pull off and put on what they need for a fixed fee. If I had known about the Nankangs I probably would have paid more for Branded tyres. Each tyre works out at $200. I guess I will find out how good they are when I get the car, although I would have no means of comparison. I have heard that they are noisy and dangerous in the wet but are OK in the dry. Is this the general experience ?

Will be taking delivery of 2003 V35 350GT premium today The cheapsakes complying the car put in Nankang NS-2 245/45/18 rears and 225/45 fronts. Are these any good ? or should I be changing them ASAP I'm fairly sure most complying companies fit these tyres as they are by far the cheapest !
