The oil sender units are known to be faulty reading incorrectly but yet again it could be your oil pump or your using to thin of oil.

Vacuum leak or throttle position sensor moved.

It looks like a exhaust sensor wire but i could be wrong. Normally located on the turbo dump pipe.

Providing you use all the right bolt on stuff, it will do it not a problem.

Do what i did. Get a R32 GTR front cut and swap the whole thing over, wiring, ecu, etc
Really easy to do and you get to keep the AWD system. Man you cant go pass that. AWD kick ass off the line. Theres no doubt about it.

Faulty AFM? Check intake pipe from air pod to turbo. If it sucking air in, the AFM will be up the shit reading correctly.

Sounds like young mechanic drained oil, proberly started it without oil and then realized he had no oil in it and then put some in.
Was it knocking when you picked it up?
What oil pressure do you have? Normal???

Yer might of had a happy switch at one stage in its life.

Top control arm bushes are stuffed. They knock when they are flogged out. The control arms slide on the bolt making the knocking noise. Hence the reason why it does it more over bumps. Mechanical dude will find it when checking suspension.

Ignitor or coil packs?
Yellow jacket coil packs are good. Ive got a set of them and they perform well. Half the price of Splitfires. See Paul from Performance Wise.

If there was a vacuum leak it would increase idle revs. My thoughts are....
Earth wire on the ignitor not earthed, same goes for the one on the coil pack wiring harness
Check intake pipe from air pod to to the front of turbo turbo. If its sucking air in, idle will be rough as because fuel/air mixture wouldnt be correct
Check throttle position sensor. May have come loose or got bumped and has moved.
Last thing and i know this is going to sound dumb, adjust CAS. I have found once before that my wifes 32 had a miss at idle i could never sort it untill i retarded the CAS one day coz it was pinging under load. It fixed the pinging and and the miss went away. The CAS was way to far advanced. I would say this was done by the last person who changed the timing belt.
Apart from that, theres not to much to mention as you have already tried them. Hope you have some luck.

BOV leak and not fully closed? Throttle position Sensor up the poo or loose and its moving. There only little screws holding it.

Ignitor is my thoughts. I had the same problems with my RB26 until i replaced the ignitor. Problem solved!
BTW RB26 ignitors are exactly the same as a RB20 or S1 RB25 ignitor. Try borrowing one to try.

What have you done to replace the original plumb back system going from the original crossover pipe to turbo intake pipe? Without it being on the engine anymore this will happen. My drift car was doing the same problem until i put all the old cross over pipe and plumb back system back on. The guy before me owning the car removed it. Its all okay now.
You may need to configure a bov with a plumb back system for your new plenum.

Check your pants coz i bet you crapped yourself when you did it LOL
RB's are tuff. I recon it wouldnt of done much apart from flicking the belts off.
