  1. Is there a big difference between the stock ones and the Mines copy ones?

    hey mate,

there is a fairly large difference between stock and mines/mines copy... the stock ones allow quite a bit of blow by oil, hence the need for everyone to be running oil catch cans... as opposed to the mines/mines copy ones, which have a far larger filtering system to seperate the oil and the air, thus reducing/elimanating the blow-by effect... the mines and the mines copy ones are identical in design, only reason why we dont want mines copy ones is that nothing else on the car is a copy...

    hope that helps.

  2. yeah, actually we have some mate ;) ...

may be willing to sell you a pair of standard ones, also have a set of high octane mines copy ones (we purchased them with the knowledge they were genuine mines, but they are not :P ) after $200 for these (with the filters), and $100 for standard ones (and the mesh) :) , and its extremely hard to find these seperated from covers... so don't complain about our prices, think they are pretty reasonable.

  3. hey guys, we have a r32 rb26 block for sale, has new welsh plugs, is in good condition, not warped or cracked etc, was only replaced due to slight scoring in the back 3 cylinders... please refer to the pictures, and dont mistake the staining on the surface of the bores as scoring... block will come with its cradle, and also comes with all 6 squirters in perfect order... please note current bore is 87, and would suit being bored to 87.5mm (the largest relatively safe bore)... as for a price, we are after $550ono for it, may consider swapping it for any parts of intrest, otherwise cash in hand upon delivery... we can deliver between lismore NSW and brisbane QLD if we get the money we are after for it. also please, we are NO WHERE near SYDNEY..... thanks

    cheers guys

  4. price drop $5500

guys if your looking at doing this yourself its probably gonna cost in excess of 7grand dont waste your time or your trouble its all done for you :) might be a nice early chrissy present too hehe

just a quick question, is the block 20,000k's old, and all work just carried out, or 20,000k's since work was completed on it???

if it is 20,000k's old, how did you treat it? how much power was it making, and what oil pump were you using?

  5. Yeah man, i have one, how much did you want to pay for it??

I dont want to sell it unless i get half alright money for it, it looks pretty good on the wall in the bar room

    Cheers,

    Michael

probably would expect you to pay him mate...

also how is $250 delivered for a new polished one a rip off... research your prices before you look...

http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-low/Nissan-RB2...ent-Cover-22501 330US delivered... and thats for a crap basic black one... you can still buy ours for $320 delivered now :D ...

  6. You can get abrand new tomei crank (2.6L) for only a little bit more than that, anyone paying $3500 for a second hand tomei crank is just silly. You could even get a HKS kit as they're cheap if you know where to look

hey mate, yes you can get a tomei 2.8L 8 counter crank for $4000, and a full rb28 kit for $7500... tomei discontinued the rb26 full counter (12 counter) crank a while back (but some suppliers still have it for $7000)...

we would prefer to get one that someone has purchased new, and has never got around to using it...

but would love the apexi spl full counter item... like we said, we would pay up to $3000 for a very good one...

  7. What you get here will vary on your budget.

Eg new, second hand etc, also different brands are priced differently.

    Whats the budget?

    hey mate

our budget is around $3000, so that covers slightly used jap items (tomei ones usually go for $2400-$3500 second hand), also there was an apexi one on here a while ago, which went for $2700 or so... and that was for good ones... would also like to have the crank inspected before purchase.

    cheers
