  1. Very good, i had mine installed and tuned by a workshop.

    Although i never got any air temp sensor or how to put one in or anything.

    One thing I would like to know is did/do you have any probs with Turbo timer mode coming up when you start the car???

    Can't wait to see how you mounted yours. I've got my on the floor where the passenger puts their feet. Later on, i'll put a false floor over it. I've got the hand controller tucked in the glovebox neatly.

  2. the scene is dud up here on the tablelands. couple of 33's one 32 and i've got the only 34 so far. tonnes of comonwhores and falcoons . i might be interested Packy if i have got the time . i've got a white 34 gt-t not too bad condition had it in the mareeba street percession last week come ,up and see me one day.

    kewl, i've got to come up to cairns soon, to meet a few people. And to give my 33 a good run on the highway.

  3. I have no idea what pirtek charge for cuts, it ain't much. The call out fee is $60.

    They can make up braided hoses. The hose is $65 a metre fittings are around $15 each. If you take the sizes etc to their workshop its cheaper.

    Here's some photos, i forgot to take a pic when i had the front bar off. Maybe another time.

    Oh yeah, i also used the whole 5 litres of oil in the car too.

    Now to install my coilovers today :rant:

  4. Ok, got mine fitted. Lots of fun :rant:

    I've just zip tied my cooler to the body, so it won't move.

    My oil filter is in the same postion as yours BLK33

    I also got my mate who works for PIRTEK to come round and cut my hoses a bit and also give me some 45degree pieces to help.

    Your instructions for the first start up helped a lot, thanks BLK33

  5. Ok got my kit today....Just looking at it, my cooler doesn't have any mounting holes at all...:)

    Ither than that, all looks the same, just mine doesn't have pretty blue fittings.

    I might have to make up a bracket then zip tie the cooler to it or sumthing???

    Anyone got any better ideas???

    I ordered my kit.....looks very close to yours.....the other day. Good to see it all fits.

    A question i have is can ya install the oil filter upside down???

    Or, with it like you have it, when you change ya oil filter, is there much oil left in it....As in when you unscrew it oil isn't just gunna piss everywhere??

  7. Would any of you guys be interested in coming to my wedding.

    I've been after a R30, R31, R32, R33, R34 skylines for a while now. Just want to have as many skylines as i can get to take a few people to my wedding.

    The wedding is on the Saturday 27th August....Any takers???

    I can organise for you to stay with someone from PULSE Motorsports for the weekend, and maybe even feed ya at the reception.....

    The only condition is your car HAS to be very clean in and out :rofl:

  8. Ok, a little off topic. But I should've stayed in Perth.

    I have a wolf 3d v4+ in my r33. Wouldn't start, so put good ground cable from battery to alternator, new bigger, heavy duty battery fitted. Still doesn't like starting sometimes.....Turbo timer mode on the ecu wants to take over when starting. Anyone had these problems??? Yes turbo timer mode is turned off.

    Any info much appreciated thanks guys......Wolf's are good, tuners here in north queensland are crap.

    Well i do, and as usual with aftermarket ecu's i have a problem with starting. When i go to start it, the ecu wants to go into turbo timer mode (which obviously doesn't let the engine start).

    I've been told by my tuner that i have a voltage drop from the immobliser. I've tried taking the alarm out...haha. I've also tried 12v straight to the ecu bypassing everything else, still relayed from a key turn. Still wants to go into turbo timer mode.

    The only way i can get it started is leaving the key in the ON position for about 6seconds then starting it, and it usually starts.

    Does anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it... oh and yes, the ecu's turbo timer mode is turned OFF.

    Oh and by the way, once she gets up and going......it gets going :)

    I've just tried to go in a burnout comp, and was only spinning one wheels.....Osgiken costs a bit much, unique want a bit too much for an exchange one....Does Kaaz make a strong diff for the r33's???? If so, website??? Price???
