  1. I fitted a GTSt clutch in mine with no probs
  2. You can fit an R33 GTS-t LSD onto an R33 GTS by fitting S15 driveshafts I just welded my tho and it does the job
  3. Here's a couple of old vids with the socks on. Haven't done anything recent for a while.
  4. Hi everyone, Haven't been on here for a while but here's a few pics of my stripped out drifter - N/A itb'd R33 RB25DE GTS
  5. Hi all, I'm after an RB30 bottom end if anyone has one spare at all? Please PM me if you do. Thanks
  6. Sweet mate! I'm a torque hunter like yourself bud I wouldn't mind upping the hp abit tho, 300bhp would be nice. The car's going in again in 2 weeks for a shift light function wiring in that can be used with the K3. It should hopefully see some more hp, the garage has said possibly between 30 - 45bhp depending on how much they can fine tune it which they are fairly confident in. Here's a vid of how she sound's!
  7. The difference will be in the lift and duration bud
  8. Cheers all for the good comments! I'll get a vid up soon and some better pics, picking her up next week as it cost me a lil bit more than i expected! lol! She drives soooooo smooth tho and the sound! Hesh! send me a tx mate, i lost your number when my phone got repaired, they wiped the bloody memory! Thanks for the info on the cams and cheers zebra, i'll check the site out!
  9. Hi all, I'm over in the Uk, haven't been on the site for a little while but i'm hoping that some of you guys can help me out as you have alot more knowledge with N/A Skyline's than us lot! I've got a '96 R33 GTS with the RB25DE. I've just completed having individual throttle bodies fitted and mapped up etc. Current tuning mods are: Emerald K3 ECU Custom made throttle body set up using GTR throttle bodies, Jenvey trumpets and Piper X filter socks Uprated coilpacks Wasted spark set up Coby D12 exhaust manifold Custom Powerflow 2.5in exhaust system Tomei adjustable cam gears (only the exhaust one fitted atm where NVCS has been removed) A/C removed The car's acheieved 201bhp at the flywheel and now rev's up over 7500RPM. Power delivery, torque and fueling have all smoothed out. We're now looking to extract some more power. There's a shift function on the ECU which means the other adjustable cam can be fitted and should she another 30-40bhp. We're looking at doing something with the cam's next. Does anyone do aftermarket cam's for the N/A? If not, can the standard cam's be reprofiled to be more efficent? If so, what's the best profile? Any other info on cams or anything else i can do to futher extract more power will be greatly appreciated. Here's a pic (sorry pic quality ain't great) of the set up so far!
  10. Cheers TokyoTaxi, you've been a great help! You sure know your stuff! Wish the N/A scene was abit better here in the UK!
  11. Thanks TokyoTaxi, that's just what i was after knowing. Do the circular chambers only help with air turbulence and intake sound dampening? Is the box just to hold more air? If you had a bigger box or if an extra feed of air to the box would that help performance in any way do you think?
  12. Cheers Eug! Why's MPR33 awsome for saying what's wrong with me? Not like i done anything wrong Anyways, back to the thread please peeps, anyone know anything that can help?
  13. What do you mean? If it was cause this posted like a million times, i don't know what happened with that. It took ages to load up then came up with all of them posts
  14. Ahh, i didn't know that. Over here we have the 200SX S13 and S14 and the S15 Sylvia
  15. Does anyone know much about the resanator boxes on the standard air intake? A guy over here custom made an alloy air intake losing this box. He noticed that this caused his car to run funny and lost power. He cut the standard resanator box open and says it has lots of circular chambers in. Anyone know how they work and if there are any form of aftermarket one's you can fit?
  16. Go onto www.skylineowners.com (free to join) and send a message to D.O.A He makes them to order, any colour led you want and will cover them in a carbon finish too if you want! The guys got serious skills and there's been many happy forum members who's had em off him.
  17. You could fit some from a 200sx S13, the pcd and everything is the same as i use s13 steelies for drifting. If your struggling, try www.rarerims.co.uk They have loads of 4 stud wheels and you can upload a pic of your car and add pics of the wheels on to see what they look like in their virtual garage. If you want to do the 5 stud conversion you'll need the hubs, calipers and disc n pads off a GTST. Not sure on price wise as i'm in UK so prices differ from you guys.
  18. The non turbo models don't have them mate. Is a good advantage if you like a bit of dori dori action as the turbo boys have to buy lock out bars!
  19. So would it say neo on the bit that covers the spark plugs yeh? Cheers for all the info guys!
  20. Cool, cheers for that info mate. Do you know how to tell wether you car is neo or not?
  21. Can anyone help me with these? What's the difference between Neo and non Neo? Is ther an optimum timing setting using adjustable cam gears with OEM camshafts?
  22. Hi all, I have a R33 RB25DE GTS and will soon have some Tomei adjustable cam gears arriving. The thing is i've still got the standard camshafts in as i can't afford to do anything with them as of yet. Does anyone know what the best setting for them would be? I've read threw on some of the threads on here about camshafts and have seen about adjusting them to compensate went using turbo cams but can't find anything with having the standard cams in. There's another guy back here in the UK with an exhaust cam to fit but we're both unsure with if there's a best setting to get the most out of them? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated as there's only a couple of us over here on www.skylineowners.com who have N/A's so info on them ain't great. Cheers in advance to anyone who can help!
  23. Ok so from reading other threads, this topic seems to have been covered quite a few times but i would really appreciate any feedback. Just want to know what size rear exhaust people have gone with and if they found that this element can also effect power. E.g. if i have a de-cat pipe with a full 2.5 in system and then have a the rear box also with a 2.5 in tip, is that going to be better than having a 5 in tip?
