Yea paint is what worries me for using those strong products. Those car shampoo things are not doing any good with the built up brake dust and etc.. going to try some WD40

It seems like No one wash their rims ... ive bought a wheel brush and been told not to use harsh camicals as it could damage the paint of the wheel. Would you guys recommand waxing after ?

Hello everyone, Sorry for posting this but anyway here is what happens. Car misfiring been told this could be the problem, would like to see if another VIC members would like to give me some help on this , just need to swap with a good working order one wont take you longer than 30 mins max? Hi SAU , ive recently bought a set of new rims and they are very dirty and self car-wash functionality just wont clean it. Im thinking to get one of those cheap Engine Degreaser $4 (one of the 5stars shitty brand, coz good one probably be too harsh for the wheels). However im worring about it will take the clear coat off as well as the centre cap as its plastic painted on. (stupid mate has his center cap paint ripped cuz he used engine degreaser ) Apparently you could wax them after cleaning them so the dust wont stay/stick onto the rims.Would just like to confirm if engine degreaser is safe for Froged Rims. i would assume a wheel brush is essential for this job ? p,s, what cleaning products you guys use? Basically i always wanted a 4Door import. I currently drives a 32 gtst, love the car but im tempting to get a 4 door just because i like something different( had 2 coupe and now the 3rd one ), seen some nice pictures of some 4doors such as " Nisskid " and the white one in pix section gtst i think (i love the silver one below). But somewhat i think the 4door really needs a kit or at least some skirts to make it looks good. oh an wheels. Also cabin wise are the rear roomy at all? OR Would like to see what you think about the difference performace wise (drifting/ hill runs etc..) i suppose parts are pretty much the same as the coupe version. Thanks for your input. l.b.

the bonnet is really light, not as light as a FRP or carbon but least its legal. just a headsup, a gtr latch will saves you alot of headaches. + you can find the lock pretty cheap just the L shape thing which is kinda rare..but yea good upgrade

yea i know that L shape thing, this place i found is selling the bonnet, latch and L thing for like $650. that a good price? ive looked around and i cant find anything thats close to $400 unless its damaged in some sort. might consider a FRP or carbonF. one but they seems to be hard to get locally

latch you mean the LOCK? so the hinges are the same how much would a set of gtr bonnet latch and that "L" shape thingy cost...

Ive searched but nthing useful came up. Ive decided to go gtr bonnet instead of a gtr front bar... I know this converstion invovles a couple of mucking around. What else is needed if i already have the bonnet, how hard is it and etc.. Oh and what would a good condition GTR bonnet worth. Can i use exsisting hinges and stuffs? Thanks for the help L.b.
