  1. good choice.. last post just read like you were going to..lol.. would have been interesting to say the least.. ps love murdered out looks on cars..... HAve you ever whatched Rob + Big? Love there matte blakck cars

naw I really don't watch much tv at all. other than when I am hanging out w/ my pops.

Time is mostly filled w/ school work for my associates, work and a little sleep. Maybe once a week I have about 2 hrs to go to local car meets.

but imo murdered out cars are def where it is at. well that is until one of your x roommates friends doesn't see your car under a street light and accidently rubs against the drivers side 1/4 panel. lol

  2. I wouldn't go near windows with tint spray to be honest as its very easy to f**k up a surface so big... Best to get them properly tinted

Yeha the windows are getting real tint, not the vht. I might do a lot of Janky things but that is not one of them

  3. using vht night shade 10.00 usd a can here

ya do a light coat let it dry / cure and wet sand w/ a 1500 grit sand paper. suggestion I wouldn't go more than 3 coats.

for it gets stupid dark. That is unless you are planning to replace every exterior bulb on the car w/ LEDS then it might be ok to go more than 3.

It's illegal here in the US too, but I am planning on using vht on every light housing on my s13 including headlights and instrument cluster. as well tint all the windows. ;p

I like that murdered out look.

^ needs about 2 more inches lower. ;p

  4. so your telling me your gonna change the Timing belt (without any idea or planning/scedule) every 20,000km ....replace just to be safe then sorry?

    :woot:

:) should have clarified. i usually do timing on my cars around 60,000 reason: i run the piss out of them. highway runs country side twistie's and if i ever get a chance tracks.

  5. The other is a (brace yourself) Volvo 740 Diesel Wagon.

    post-54926-1240293404_thumb.jpg

Why you may ask? Well firstly it looks like a block of cheese. I know. Thats the purpose. Its diesel and theres a point to that. A) it will have diesel badges and B) the diesel front suspension is much harder than the petrol model to handle the weight of the pig iron block.

This one is simple in comparison to the Cressida and can be summarised in five simple steps.

    1) Remove engine

    2) Get one 350 Chev plus one 388 eagle stroker kit plus get an awesome exhaust sorted plus sort a powerglide to suit with a B and M shift kit and high stall

    3) Make up engine mounts and bolt in

    4) May have to upgrade fuel pumps etc plus fit better rubber on all the wheels

    5) Terrorise traffic

There may be a step 6) Have a horrible, horrible accident.

Honestly though the Volvo would only be built for the hilarity factor, and the Cressida could be used every day.

My question is how would you go about building a sleeper?

that would be some ish how ever dont sleep on the turbo 2.3. things can handle 30 psi of boost make ruffly 450 hp. and considering the locker rears they have. things will always be a bit hair raising.

  6. Funnily enough, I checked the rim and it was ok, that problem was also eliminated by driving around with stock rims on the front for a while to see if there was any noticeable difference. I have seen the same thing done and the rim damaged like you mention though.

hmmm the only other thing i can think of is to look over the car really good. look for any signs of chassis damage from hitting the gutter. like you have seemed to cover everything else.

  7. I used to have that problem on my VN, and the one and only thing which temporarily fixed it was getting a proper manual alignment by a steering specialist, as well as getting the wheels rebalanced. In the end I was suspecting a stuffed rack from where I hit a gutter being a dickhead when i first bought it, but I noticed you've already replaced yours.

Have you checked your wheels for uneven wear?

Sounds like you bent a rim to me. Here in the US we have shit roads. so bent rims is a sad and common thing.

  8. IMHO, there's better platforms than the Z32

    PRO's

    Sexy

You can use UBER Data to tune it. "also used for honda''

Poss motor swaps: RB's, SB 350ci or BB 400ci

    CON's

    royal PITA to work on.

take's to much damn cash to make fast.

Even after being built, a beast honda or strong SR/KA S13 will roll on it.

Good luck finding one that isn't beat or owner wants first born for.

  9. if so, how much modding is required to make em fit/work?

    in a r34?

To my knowledge theres an adapter plate so us low budget people can use a VG trans on a KA. So it might be somethng as simple as that or changing bell housings.

the only person i can think of that would know this answer would be the guys at z fever. right before i left folrida one of the employee's where caging the front of an old 280z So he would be able to able the AWD train from an R34.

    http://www.zfever.com/

just called them for ya and and they are saing that the inturnals and gearing is just about the same in the from the VG to the RB25 trans and its not even cost effective to go to a VG.

  10. 335 is asking R32 GTST vs S14/15, not S13.

R32 is 10 years older then S15, its still a bit bigger and heavier, but less power.

the good of R32 is front and rear double independent double wishbone suspension, 6 cylinder engine, and you can drop RB25 or RB26 or even RB30. This is what S15 require more work on it. If you are mod monster and don't mind the age of car, R32 is better, because you saved the price difference in your pocket for new gear.

If you like newer car, S15 no question on it(you can get R34 if you want newer and bigger).

might want to add if you get an s15 you might want to think a bout a trans. the 6 speed is weak sauce.

  11. Until you learn your cars. keep it on the track. Once you learned your car keep it there. If you do chose to do anything on the street. Which I don't suggest. Take it far away from any innocent bi standards. There's no need to involve them in your reckless activities and / or mis happs.

My name is Skott B and I approve this message.

  12. Hi my name is skott I live in Richmond Va. I dont own a skyline but i do have a decently quick S13 "311 bhp, 279 tq on 9 psi". I'm mostly looking for upgrades for my car. brakes, diff and that damn R33 back seat i cant seem to find. lol.
