  1. Hi there. Thanks for the information. You were saying something about a nipple, but I do not see a vacuum line connected to any nipple on the compressor housing. Is this ok? Oh my.. currently I am running at 18 psi, and my mechanic (idiot) assured me that it was OK. Would you by any chance know the A/R of the turbine and compressor housing? Lastly, lets say I want to replace the turbo, what are my options for a direct bolt on? Would a Garrett GT2554R be a direct bolt on? (i.e. both flanges on the turbine are the same as this.
  2. Hi guys! I have this turbo charger on my car (a normal 1500cc Toyota). My mechanic, or rather, ex-mechanic told me it was taken of a Skyline, no idea which model. I was also told it was a T28 turbocharger with ceramic bearings (or was it fins, i can't remb). I also remember him mentioning something about it was from an RB25 nissian engine or something. Look at the pics, can anyone clarify the following: Is it a T28 turbo? Are these made by Garrett for Nissan? Is it a ball bearing turbo? whats the specs of the turbo? (Turbine and Compressor A/R, diameters, it will be best if there is a compressor map) Any comments on how would it fare on a 1.5L Toyota engine? Hope someone can clear my doubts.
  3. thanks guys! the rotors i have measured and they are 280mm in diameter and 30mm thick. this and the ribbed calipers show that they are from an R32 GTS-t M-Spec skyline... cheers!
  4. thanks guys for the replies. i just would like to know are they the real deal? coz the guy who sold them to me only knew they were taken from from a "skyline" and does not know which model/version could the raised "nissan" words be removed? from what i looked over the net, all brakes seem to have the nissan wordings on them. as for the rotor size, i haven'en been able to measure them.. seems like 292mm to me... what are the rotor sizes of the r32,33 and 34 ?
  5. Hi guys! I've over here in Singapore, nice and sunny! Aussie should be getting nice and sunny too... soon! Anyway, I have this set of brakes and rotors... the guy who sold it to me claimed they were taken off a Skyline R34... however, i think they might be the stock brake of an R32 instead.. anyone can clear my doubts?
