i have a standard cat bk but an apexy 3" in front pipe so im getting 85 at 4.5K but goes up 2 91 after he takes his foot off this was all tested with me not there so im taking his word done at indy motor as can only do it there or some place on other side of city

hey hey i need a standard front pipe 4 an EPA on thursday (pipe just b4 the cat soz if i got the name wrong) iv failed it once with standard exhaust and i cant use restricters in the piping. can some1 please help me i can pick up and drop bk off im living in the cheltenham area many thxs
