  1. Id suggest, fuel filter and radiator fluid aswell, and maybe even a engine oil flush, help clear sludge if there is any.

My secret to first ever oil change on your new car would be to drain oil after a flush is done, then fill with any normal cheapo oil (same grade if you can) take it for a quick spin up and down the street then drain it again and then change filter and oil, its a way i like to know that all the shity oil is completely out and your turbo oil lines are also refreshed with new oil. So next oil change will be a even better one :)

    Thats my little suggestion.

    Awsome gtr btw!

  2. Hey guys just came back from a spirited drive tonight, and noticed a engine light whilst reving out 4th gear at about 5-7000rpm as soon as i seen it i backed off, iv got a r32 gtr so the light was a little red one on the right hand side, it looked like a small square with little lines above and below the square.

Now my question is why it may have flashed and what are some potential reasons for it to flash?

Haters please dont flood the thread with unwanted comments.

    Thanks

  3. I had the exact same problem with my r32 gtr, it was the upper control arm, i figured that out after changing shocks/springs...the bushings looked fine to me but it was f*#ked...i replaced them with nismo arms, picked em up cheap :D

  4. Check intake manifold gaskets, injector seals, could possibly be caused from a air leak, had similar issues with my gtr, i was puzzled when i couldnt figure it out. Try smoke test before a lengthy manifold gasket change though.

  5. Hey all, as i was driving to work today i noticed that my heater was very weak and eventually went to a very medium temp. I have a r32 gtr, just did a service on it yesterday, oil and coolant.

I had the car idleing for atleast 10-15 mins while topping up coolant as it circulated around the engine and heater lines, i had my heater on 32° and the fan on all the way.

I notice that when i first start up the heater works fine but after about 15-20 mins of driving it gets very weak (temp not fan)

Any ideas? I think the 10-15 mins idleing was plenty for the coolant to fill up but if its not how long should i be letting it idle before closeing the cap?

Btw it was 10-15 mins after the coolant reached peak tempreture. ( 80-85°)

  6. imho 235/45/17

it's the most common size and is by far the cheapest option / you can get better rubber due to the cheaper price

Not worried about cost. Just want to get the right tyre for the rim. .

    How about the profile guys?

    Cheers for the replies!
