yea was like that wen i was in WA but someone told me that not all states are like that but on the jap dereg papers it has on it that this is the factory engine (which obviously its not) it didnt even have to be certified but yea so it could be possible to get away with as the paper work says its factory except for the other mods

yea dont no much bout it just seeing if anyone over theres interested in it even for a drift car or sumn
