HKS pods suit stock afm's $50
R32 GTSt LH Tail light $50
2 boxes of GTR junk, stock exhaust manifolds, heat shields, intake resonator, twin turbo pipe (missing badge), bunch of oil and water lines, overflow bottle $free
Stock R32/S13 suspension arms, pretty sure i have 2 sets of all the rear arms, $20 per arm
R32 GTR steering wheel, pretty rough, has the GTR horn button $50

Use the RB20 pump with the rb20 bracket and bolt it up. No fabrication needed.
Then just source a 3 rib belt that's the same length as your current 4 rib one and it all lines up and runs fine.
Or just cut one rib off your current belt which i did and never had a problem.

Hi all,
I’ve owned this car for a few years now, barely drive it anymore and think it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. I had to fix a few things mechanically when I first bought it as it was starting to show its age, particularly in the steering and suspension bushes as well as some weeping front seals. I’ve ended up with a car that turns and stops properly, doesn’t leak oil and is very reliable. The car came with a pretty good record of maintenance and a few junk parts that I have since replaced. Cosmetically it’s still a little rough around the edges, the body is pretty straight with a few scratches, its had a respray at some point in the original colour and there are a couple of bits or rust starting to show under the drivers side rear window and in the spare wheel well. Interior is original with the usual standard features, clock doesn't work, bubble in the dash and B pillar trims coming away. Anyway, here’s some details and photos.
Engine and gearbox:
Internally stock rb26 with long nose crank
Apexi power FC
HKS 2510 turbos
Nismo AFM’s
Nismo fuel reg
Nismo Twin plate clutch
N1 oil pump (less than 1000km old)
Trust Type R BOV recirc’d
HKS 100mm intercooler and hard pipe kit
HKS big mouth Stainless dump pipes
RSR twin 70 to 80mm front pipe
Sard 800cc injectors
Splitfire Coilpacks
Blitz Dual SBC boost controller
Ross Tuffbond harmonic balancer and modified power steering bracket to line up the belt

K&N Filter in factory airbox
Metal Cat
3 inch exhaust with big RSR mid and rear mufflers
Walbro 500hp in tank fuel pump
Genuine Nissan timing belt, new tensioners and seals installed less than 1000km ago
Suspension and Brakes:
BC Coilovers
Full Hicas delete (all lines and solenoids)
Drift Works Hicas Eliminator and adjustable toe arms
Drift Works adjustable rear upper control arms
Subframe lock collars
GKTech Front roll centre adjusters
Tuneagent adjustable front castor rods (less than 1000km old)
Interior and Exterior:
Nardi Steering wheel with HKB boss kit

HKS boost gauge on A pillar

I would stick with what you have, for now at least. Go a better actuator, I'd suggest a big can one rather than the compact type that Garrett supply as, in theory, it will have a better chance of keeping the flap shut if pressure in the turbine housing sky rockets. Unlikely but why risk it?I'm a bit torn really. While I think the 0.63 housing is probably closer to what I'm after, I wonder if there is more to get out of 0.82 as well. Maybe first step should be trying stronger actuator and winding boost up...
Than jam 1.4 bar down its throat.

Nah, I just dropped my housing at gcg and told them to take it out as far as possible.
I do remember one of the regular contributors mentioned it, just can't remember who.

I really should have changed my nic to sandyvag based on those responses. He must have also run one on an SR......it was a 3071 .63 with external gate and Unigroup cams.

The same turbo was on the sr and the RB, post rebuild as the compressor kissed the housing when I crashed the 32. Turbine housing was changed as I didn't want boost control issues on the sr that I had on the rb25.
I can't really provide informed comment on the x67 as I haven't spent enough time looking at results or comp maps.
I will say that the iw .63 housing is to be avoided on an rb25 when running a small compressor with a gt30 turbine.
Scott's suggestion above is probably the most cost effective way of getting a lower a/r housing with enough wastegate flow onto an rb25 and is similar to what I have recommended to friends recently.
If you have to spend more to fit a gtx3067 there are more cost effective solutions out there with similar results.
