  1. Reason why the Genie dyno reads high is cos its a DynoJet dyno which has a 15% drivetrain loss compared to 27% of a Dynodynamics. FWIW, the JUN motor made 590rwhp at Motorvation on Formaz's Dynodynamics dyno with a few more revs left to be had in it (hit the speed limit of the dyno)

Posting this for a mate. 1993 Nissan Pulsar GTi-R, White with 80k kms, fully complied, all usual features etc, etc. *Cosworth Forged pistons *shot peened rods *bronze valve guides *re-worked head *brand new intake & exhaust valves, oil pump & gears, Bosch EVO 7 fuel pump, water pump, TPS, fuel pressure regulator & air filter *H/D clutch *full 3"S/S zorst with magnaflow 3.5" muffler *A'PEXi blue screen AVC-R. Engine has done 4k since full rebuild, is capable of 500HP no probs but is trundling round on 8psi ATM for economy purposes but at 1bar goes like the clappers. Have all reciepts as the car is clean and straight but have genuine reason for sale as the baby zilla has to go. Has had 11k put into it over the last 8 months and would be perfect someone chasing big HP as the engine is ready to go!! Have pics for the car.   3. Its true in a way, especially if you oil your filter wayyy too much. Then you might have problems with your AFM.
  4. Not true. Different filters can sound totally different on the same car.
  5. Depends where you have your EGT probe mounted too. Sounds like you have it on your dump pipe.
