what would be the correct settings for 12psi?? Boost Pressure. Sensitivity and Wastegate Opening ??

Recently bought a R32 (HRC32 4door) Model: 1989 NISSAN SKYLINE HR32 GTS-T Transmission: 5 speed Manual Engine: 6 cylinder Petrol Turbo 2.0L (1998cc) (RB20 Silver top stock turbo) - 130,000km's - FMIC - Pod Filter - Turbo-back stainless exhaust system (3" from turbo front pipe up to cat, twin 2.25" pipes and a hotdog ressie on the end to quieten it down) - Xtreme Heavy Duty ceramic clutch - Short Shifter - Turbosmart E-boost 2 electronic boost controller - Bosch 040 Fuel Pump - New Heavy Duty Battery - R34 GT-T front seats - Volt and Boost Gauges - Pioneer CD Player - 16" Polished Factory Wheels Is it safe to run 11psi as currently its holding 10psi easily.. ?? What is safe to run on the rb20?? i was thinking 11psi will be safe? If anyone can help me set it up on eBoost2 so my SP1 is 10psi, and then SP2 is 11psi.. and if i can go any higher ill be interested. Thanks
