  3. yep had the key in on position and tested it had nothing, checked the fuse and its fine its got me stumped
  4. yea i read that its great but my power wire to tap into doesnt have power was just wondering if i could use another source as the power trigger feed
  5. checked all fuses under drivers side dash and they are all ok
  6. yea thats what it was doing at first swap the wires around and it doesnt go
  7. sorry forgot to mention its an r32, ive got a relay wired up already earth straight to the battery same as power i really just want to know what wire i can get away with to use(in the boot) as the power that goes from the car to the relay, maybe i could use a power wire that is in the plug that goes to the original relay?

Hey guys Ive just upgraded to a walbro pump to my surprise was a no name pump in it with power going to earth and earth goin to power, some how it worked, but now it doesnt power my walbro the positive is not geting power so i suspect dodgy wiring somewhere as it has been repowered with a 25det but im going to run a straight feed to the battery in the boot with a relay, what i want to know is can i 'tap' into the sensor power wire which goes to the fuel pump to trigger the relay? or upon starting does the sensor wire lose its power cheers in advance im new to this shit

Yeah pretty confident with the car jacked up when you twist the drive shaft back and forth the halve shafts turn with it almost no play there but at the gearbox end you can twist it a bit before you can hear it clunk or engage, is there anything in the gearbox that could cause this keeping in mind that everything else is mint no noises no crunches shifts perfectly etc
  10. yea i guess its around that rpm but to me it feels like there is a lack of tightness i guess in the gear box
  11. Hey guys new to this so tell me to fxck off and search or what ever but i have done a wee bit. So, i just shimmed my diff in my r32 as per the diy instructions worked a treat nice and tight, pretty much locked =) Now i have this weird knocking noise after releasing the clutch into gear and driving slow like something is buggurd in the gearbox. There is no movement in the diff or shafts and the driveshaft seems good but you can turn it a wee bit and its like the gearbox has a delay to engage, so what in the gearbox would cause this play/knock? Still drives mint in every gear no noises or crunches the car was perfect to drive before the tighter diff was in or maybe it wasnt enough to notice it i dont know. cheers please help =)

Hey ive got a r32 with a rb25 ive had a few issues since owning it plugs not in dogde wiring etc etc (picked it up cheap!) i checked my cold start and theres no plug there! looked for a plug but i cant find one it has a wasted spark set up so im wondering if the plug was attatched to/in the coil loom? and has been cut? just wondering where id re wire it in? cheers
  13. hey, i know theres probly heaps of threads on here about installing a hicas lock bar (r32) but could someone point me in to the right direction wer to find them? lol im new as
