It goes to 4-5 at .5 bar then builds up to 1bar at 6-7

I get to much boost goes to near 1bar constantly and tyred everything boost leak tested aftermarket controllers I even ported they wastegate hole for the hell of it but still 1bar even of just the wastegate actuator so it shouldn't be over 10psi should it unless something's wrong hey only thing else I could think of is ecu has a malfunction ?

Just wondering how many people with r34s have had boost issues after installing fmic and 3in exhuast ? And how'd they fix it

o and the boost sensor coz after i put the fmic in i put a new boost sensor in cause some noob broke mine so i thought i better put it back on and thats when the problems started so thought i better check to see if that works propper but dont know how to test it it seems a lot of people have the same prob when they fit a fmic and full exhuast but noone gives me a straight answer how they fixed it

yer had the car turned to on and the volts moved from .4 to 4.4 when i moved the throttle and yer sensor plugged in. ive been having issues with my boost for ages now and whilst again looking under my hood trying to find the prob i thought i might check some sensors lol and boost issues are over boosting to near 1 bar everytime with controller without controller with standard soliniod and without, boost leak tested looked at the wasgate flap for points of hitting the dump pipe or getting stuck , moved the vac line somwhere else the same 1 bar pretty much everything ive tired i even ported out the wasgate hole a lil bit and tripple checked that wasnt leaking thats when i got sick of it and started to test sensors for the hell of it

hey guys i was just checking my tps for voltages and came up with r34 gtt 4 door fmic exhuast black wire ground white wire .4v red wire 5.1v does that sound rite? and while i was doin this i looked at the boost sensor at the back of the fire wall and foun the same but the red wire had nothing no voltage at all? how do you test these things? and what are they spose to put out?

It's about 17 degrees now and have no idea how it changed or if it ever did I moved the cas a lil bit and went for a drive and it was good then checked it after a day or so coz I didn't have a timming light but don't care runs good I'm happy

If anyone needs to know I advanced the timming a bit and came good holds boost fine now

Ok now this is weird went for a drive boosted the shit outta it and the boost went up then back down so it can't be boost creep must be spiking but where ?

I have lol had one laying around But my question now is how far does the wastegate flap open on full boost is reached and gases are going thru ?? Mine look like it opens about 50deg is that about rite ?

Lol yer boarder line taking it to the shop and the gauge is a defi unit from Japan not cheap shit hooked up to the fpr as specs says to do friend has a wideband so mite hook that up first and haven't been over boosting it all the time been pussy footing it round for to long now lol

There isn't one goin to the ebc just the stock gauge boost sensor and I was driving to work this morning and still the same so must of been the hot weather that made the boost come down so would that be an air/ fuel thing goin on ? Maybe that's out and making the boost go u?

so heres a new one it was pretty average day hotish and i decided to block of the map/boost sensor(one on the back fire wall) and the boost was able to be controled WTF??? so meaning is that thing stuffed ot what?

Question would a exhuast manifold leak make this happen ? Maybe one of the bolts have broken ?

O and the wastegate opens when I still there revving it so that mite be outta the question now lol

So I just put the vacum line just from the turbo to the wastegate with no boost control and still the same should be Max 10psi min 5psi but hit .9 bar hmmmm

The hose coming out of the cooler piping is for the steering As the piping I got didn't have a nipple I made one up As the factory hose went there I don't know what the controller is set at coz no matter where I set it it always boost to 1 bar or lil bit higher And on that note changed my bov back to an after market one yesterday and its not very loud at all And it use to be very loud And the boost solinod is brand new only 1 day old so can't be broken
