"knore" thanks for your help, my car went into a toyota dealership cause my dad is manager there, they couldnt find the prob, it then went to a transmissions place and they didnt have a clue, so its off to a nissan dealership on monday because apparently they have a machine that can detect the problem with the box, im hoping its not totally gone yet at the same time hope that it is so that i am forced to get a manual. i get my car tunned at "motorsports" they were magnificant, i am yet to contact them to ask if they do conversions....i will keep u guys updated....but the worst is that this has happened and i am going to italy on this tuesday for 2.5 months, so my cousin with a 01 WRX with mild mods will be dealing with it...he loves rear wheelers but will never admit soo. anyways thanks.

Oh forgot to add, car comes with nice alarm system with engine emobilisor etc as with automatic window closing when car is locked as with blitz DD BOV, tinted windows. Thanks Nickg.

Yeh the car looks good man, i got an auto one and i even walk away from the thing going, f*#k thats a good a##. But, ull get over it, when that happens bleed valve, then u will smile again, but that smile will go when u get pulld up by the cops 4-5 times a month. i hate that, its soo annoying, sometimes i wish i had my old corolla back again, no attention, no cops. All in all, go the rear wheel drive, unbreakable engine, lsd and sidwardsness

I have a r33 GTS-25T Auto with 10.5 psi, air filter and blitz DD bov, it has now come to the time where i need that bit more and i was thinking turbo back including dump pipe 3inch. iam new to this "modifications" scene so i come to ask for all you skyline drivers wisdom...Will there be a noticable change in performance? if so where at? top end? bottom end?i have also heard that i can run round 12psi with this mod. ps. Anyone know any places where i can go that do a good job? or of any good prices?

Hey all i just installed a turbo-xs high performance manual boost controller into a R33 GTS-T (AUTO). as stock it was found to be at 4.5-5psi, now we boosted it to points between 6-11 psi and at high revs it was backfiring real bad, more backfiring when at higher boost like at 9-11psi. what the hell is the problem, is it that the computer is adjusting to higher boost? or do i need to reset my computer? or something else??? I have air filter pod, blitz dd blow off valve and a 2 1/4 all the way back with a 3 inch exhuast. the car did not used to back fire like this before hand, only sometimes when dropping from "D" to "2" at approx 75kmh.Help would be much appreciated as i need to fix this prob asap. u got $40,000, not a astra turbo, corolla sportivo is cheaper ($10,000) and it hammers. thats $10,000 ur saving and plus its a toyota which is always a bonus. the engine has 141kw and is fun to drive...not to mention a sleeper. like my mate just brought a mazda sp20 for 28k, it looks mad but its got 98kw (which is a joke), hence the corolla, but then again i wouldnt go the new type r, the old one is a scalpel and is faster. dont get the astra...

so u guys are telling me i can run round 11psi??????? i heard nothing above 10 and that 10 is still a bit risky...i wish i had manual lol.

Yeh sorry guys i was talking bout an aftermarket Blow Off Valve cause i wasnt that "whoosh" sound... so it still goes allright then? Also all, i hear this sound on silvia s15's and some gts-t's, its a spooling noise with a fluttering at the conclusion of this spooling, i have heard its got something to do with the pluming or something, that the gas is bouncing in the pipes, hence the butterfly/fluttering noise, so my question is...how do i do this? what is it? and is it bad for the car? as in turbo,engine whatever... thanks once again.
