There aren't any drive ways, just a few island speed bumps... we'll be meeting in Oportos Carpark/Truckstop (next to Oportos)... see everyone on Sunday I'll also be handing out flyers for the iModify Star Car Cruise which is a charity cruise for the Starlight Foundation that im helping organise with afew friends!! So be @ this cruise to get yours
-
Yeah champ, any car is welcome as long as the people driving have some common sense to know its a cruise not a race, & to follow the road rules so we can ensure future cruises are a success There will also be alot of other Skylines there who aren't on SAU, just thought i'd let everyone know There should be some exotic cars & show cars aswell rocking up (from Queen Street, 2Sus, Concord Customs & Candyman Customs) There is a pre-meet organisied @ M4 (Eastern Creek) Twin Servo's Eastbound Truck Stop/Oporto's Carpark from 9:15am and we're leaving for Silverwater Boat Ramp @ 9:45am if anyone is keen to come along, have almost 25 people confirmed for that!!

WOOOOO Friday BUMP!! Almost 1week to go
-
No problem, see everyone there... i'll be sure to come & find you to say Hello. lol Hopefully i'll be rocking up in something decent as an Ancient Arabic rammed me up the ass in morning peak hour traffic on the M4, pushing me into a 09-2010 Lexus 4WD :spank:  To top it off he couldnt even speak English Anyways.....NOW 2 WEEKS TO GO... YEEWWW

Thanx for posting up champ... much appreciated! Just a heads up, i've changed the time for Newy people to meet from 11am and will be leaving at 12PM from Glendale so they dont get there before we set everything up -
Im going to leave it as the current cruise route, i agree with Matty- it shouldnt be too bad... it wasnt that bad on Saturday when i cruised into Manly!! I'll have directions printed out for everyone on the day, all is good
-
I see your point! My initial incentive to go through the city was because we'd be going over the Harbour Bridge, nice cruise route.... and makes it a longer drive aswell, rather being direct and the cruise finish so quickly. Do you really think it will be chok-a-bloc on a late Sunday morning?? Hmmm. Homebush Bay Drive/Lane Cove Rd. to Palm Beach = 50minute Drive

Niccee! Those video's are sick... crazy GTR's!!! Nuttz how he can drifit an AWD at such high speed i want to be able to do that. lol! I managed to film a Gallardo pulling out of the Garage when i was there too; its on the East Coast facebook page if anyone wants to check it out. Yeah the workshop is seperate, its around the corner from the showroom is all i know, i wasnt driving... Im not very familiar with Beverly Hills area. I looked on their website, they are located on Penshurst Street: AutoStyle Garage Website! In the showroom they had some crazy stuff ay haha. That RX4 & Yellow R32 GTR looked the goods harrddd Ferrari's and Lambo's, i'll keep dreaming
-
haha heard he got the scare of his life!!
-
Yeah i am man haha... cheers for that!! Got a madd one coming up in afew weeks to Palm Beach YEEWW When i heard one of my mate taking the car there to their workshop, i thought i'd go along with him to see the work they do there... and have a chat to the guys aswell!! The Lambos and stuff aside from attenting my cruises, dont get it mixed up- this isnt a promotion or advertisements for the workshop... its just a discussion. So back to the topic... whose been there? And what did you think of what you got?
-
haha i run an advertising/PR business, apologies if any language or wording used implied that.. dont mistake this for an advertisement, i was just wondering peoples opinion of the workshop and if anyone else had gone there from the forum? It is sad to see though that one story from 3years ago brings bad attention to the workshop today, im sure there's bad stories about every workshop in Australia floating around...even the well known one's! Things change in my opinion, if you look at the recent work that has been done from there- i think the game has been stepped up alot (in both better quality of work & service). I dont think they would be working on Lambo's & Ferrari's or even 1000+ HP cars if they didn't have a clue whats going on!! The proof is in the pudding, the work thats gone through... we've taken an R34 there, be the judge for yourself is all i can say- thats my opinion!
-
Thanx for the message there Dan... as established, that happened along time ago! New management & ownership are running the workshop now!! I still recomend Autostyle, im thinking also of taking my car there for some work. I do know they do FREE QUOTES over the phone, thats how we booked in the service on the Skyline (R34), i think the number is 9570 1066 and the best guy to speak to is Frank lol
-
No problem guys, see you all there.... its looking like an awesome day!!! Cant wait Matty, cheers for that mate haha... i dont know how to edit my topic on here but i'll have directions printed out on the day for everyone
-
Hey guys, Had a friend who took his skyline to Autostyle Garage at Beverly Hills just for a minor servie, i went with him... amazing work going through there- R35's, Ferrari's, Porsche's, Lambo's, etc. They were working on a 1100HP+ Supercharged XB Falcon while i was there, off its head. Believe it or not, reasonably priced too for a mechanics who you'd think would be expensive dealing with the prestiege market... What does everyone else think of the service there? whoose been there? I sore they had the TUFGTR, the black one... nutts. lol! RB26 2.8L stroker kit making 650KW ATW

No worries champ, it was a great cruise with some crazy cars... i.e the Mustangs, Ferrari, Murcielago.. plus the rest, each to their own, but this was by far the best turnout of more modified and decent cars we've had! We've got charity cruises booked out for October & November too, so details will be up for those soon (one tonight in fact i hope)!! -
