Hey guys
Up for sale is my beloved Nissan skyline R34. Haven't driven it quite some time and its time to part ways as I have a new project. The car is in absolutly fantastic condition. No dings or scratches. Its had a fresh coat of paint and gararged always. Mechanically the car is great, no knocks or rattles and drives smooth. The front tyres have been recently replaced with khumos and have only done about 30km on them. the rears are Federals 595 semi slick. Car is currently not registered however it would pass with ease. The only small problem with it is that the passenger side power window switch is failing. However its operable from the drivers side switch and will not affect regoSome other details:Nismo 300km clusterJVC CD/DVD touch screen head unit18" Rota Grid R wheel with rays wheel lugsFront and rear adjustable coiloversR34 GTR wing with carbon fibre spoiler bladeFMICSpitfire coilpacksNew exhaust systemNissan R34 GTT nismo ztune kitand more...Included in the sale is a spare front lower lip (rrp. $600) and any other extra accessories i can find around the garage.$21000 o.n.oDont miss out on this beloved vehicle. I went out and got some polish and some wax then went to town. Had great success in removing the stains from the car. Believe it was water spots/marks as stated. Gave the mob a call in regards to where it was kept. In the workshop for pretty much the whole time close to everything else that was going on in there.
Thank you for the good advice and help guys.

Hey guys
So I finally got my car back after a whole year of waiting for the bumper to be fixed at the mechanic (terrible place). Before it entered the shop it had a fresh coat of paint on the whole car (about 1 month). The other day I washed the car using just a hose, bucket and meguiars car wash. It wasn't overly hot and was washed in the shade. When I finished the car had this weird stuff scattered across the bonnet. I freaked out a little so thinking it was maybe the product I rewashed with the amourall brand product. It still didn't go away, so I thought maybe from being sitting around in a shop for so long something has stuck to the paint. So I got out the claybar and hit up a small section. No dice
Anyone got a clue or seen a similliar thing like this before? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey guys
I recently purchased a JVC KW-AV71BT double din car stereo for the r34.
I'm not super switched when it comes to installing audio but i some base knowledge of the area. So the problem..
On initial start up of the player, the initial set up screen is displayed, showing general options, nothing advanced. When I click "finish" the screen switches to a blank screen with "TELEPHONE" in the top left. The time is in the top right.(the time works). From this screen I can't do a single thing except turn the device off with the only button on the player(home button).
According to the manual. as soon as you hit the "finish" button, the home screen is supposed to be displayed and you carry on doing what you do with the player.
The manual contains nothing that even closely resembles this display error.
Things i've tried:
Turning off and on the player. The result of this takes me to the home screen but only last 2-3 seconds. Then the "TELEPHONE" screen is displayed.
Resetting the player. This result led me to the initial start up process again. Results were as per first installation.
Unplugging the harness and re pluging it in. The result was the same.
So does anyone here had a similar problem or better yet a solution to this?
All help appreciated.
Mitch

Ah i had this happen to my car aswell, not only did they manage to get the roof, but a bit on the bonnet and boot aswell. We tried washing it and scrubing it a number of times but it never came off. It appeared on the roof when I went to get my new clutch installed..dunno if that helps you at all. To fix it however, i had to respray the roof and bonnet.

Hey guys
I've finally gathered up enough funds to buy wheels for my r33 GTS (4 stud).
Ive narrowed it down to a few wheel. with semi similliar specs. The brand of wheels are rota and im going for the "grid" rim. The first wheel is 17x9.5, 30mm offset and the second wheel is 17x9, 12mm offset. Which wheel will fit the best without any modification to the guards? I'm sitting on stock suspension atm, but plan to eventually upgrade to lower springs (not by to much).
Cheers.

Hey mate
Your in pretty much the same situation that i was in about a year ago. Though i had lost my license for speeding so i couldnt drive it lol . 3 months should be fine for you and your old man to install and paint the kit.

I had to replace the motor about 8 months ago, so its a bit hard for me to remember exactly what i did. I do however remember taking a picture of the screws with marks beside them. The marks showed where to align the window in conjunction with the arm of the motor so it goes up and down properly.
I also remember to get the motor out i had to either have the window fully up, or fully down, one of the 2. The job is very fidely , so +1 to using a small mirror and also watching your fingers when puting it all back in lol, scared the shit outve me when my old man accidently dropped the window while i was putting the motor back in.
Hope this helps.

has a red gt badge, means it was turbo... easiest way to pick them apart, n/a have a blue gt badge. no need to f**k around with all this lol
Huh!? if your talking about the small white and red gt badge on the side, thats not true. My r33 is non turbo and has a white and red badge, never seen a white and blue badge however.
As with the car, my 2 cents is leave it the hell alone, Sounds super sus,(esspecially that bog) and will probably cause you alot of trouble in the future.

Hey guys
My r33 gts was recently stolen and thankfully was found by the police, no major damage but they apparently busted up the ignition cylinder/barrel(don't know the correct name). I haven't had a chance to look at the car yet because the police are doing finger printing and what not.
My Questions are that if im up for a new cylinder/barrel, i have a chance of getting a new one. Problem is, its off an r31. Can i still use it or would i need to get a r33 one.? Also if its till there, are they easy to fix?
Seeing as i haven't seen the damage myself I don't know the actual damage, but im going to be going back home soon with the car and have limited time to get this fixed so i'm trying to get a head start in case i need to pop around to some wreckers or shops. The guy at the wreckers did say he got it started with a screwdriver so if that means anything to you guys in relation to this problem please inform me.
Thankyou very much
Mitch.

MY CAR HAS BEEN FOUND!!! yay
The police gave me a call not long saying that they where just in cop chase with the guy driving my car though carrington.
The drivers side mirror is smashed, back tires are useless( burnouts id say) and the ignition key hole thingo is f@*ked. which i hope can be fixed with ease.
Also the police officer said they no who the guy was and that they found a pair of his socks in the car..bit wierd, but hopefully thats enough evidence to get the guy as he apparntly bolted fromn the car when he lost them on the straights through carrignton.
So all in all, a stressful 2 days, but im so god damn happy that its back. And my car aint coming back to newcaslte till i get a lock up garage and a better immobilser then what ever was in it to start with.

Hey guys
my car was stolen from "the Hill" in newcastle either late last night or early this morning.
Its a 1995 maroon skyline, r33 and has a full top secret body kit on it(the ebay kind) running on stock rims.
This has annoyed me very much as it seems to be the only thing of value that i currently own.
The number plates are BLA 58Y
If you see the car and/or any1 in the car please contact
0423828980
Thankyou.

agreed, i was a tad unsureand nervous when buying the kit, but for the price compared to the real deal kits, i couldnt say no lol. If u take the time and put in a decent effort like i did, i think they turn out quite splendid lol.

yeh u guys have a pretty damn good point lol. Guess i just gotta keep saving my pennies.
