  1. Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T Cold Air Box Cover which is designed to house Pod Filters.

    This assists to reduce power loss caused by the sucking in of hot air from the turbo and the engine bay.

    This is used and has a few extra rubber bits to stop any other hot air to not come through to your air filter.

Mate iam pretty sure international students dont get any sort of finance or loans even if u are working full time or part time (legaly international students are allowed 20 hrs of work a week only).as i was an international student til last year i asked around and no one was willing to gve me a loan or a finance on a car.the best would b if u can save up and buy it for cash like i did :thumbsup:.believe me mate even if u arange the loan some how,repayments and maintainance on the car would b 2 hard to juggle.geting any sort of loans while ur a student NOT A SMART MOVE.

    I got canaried again by pettit and have cleared the defect but just like he did the first time he has sent me an EPA letter 2 weeks later. Does anyone have a cat back exhaust I could borrow? Happy to leave a deposit. I'm in the sth east u can text or call me on 0404602256

  4. got defected a week back in Ivanhoe .for car being too low.then the coper poped the bonnet hehe.

    1:Boost Control

    2:POD

    3:FMIC

    well the best part was didnt get no fine,not even a road worthy just had to take the pod and the

    boost controller out and take it to vicroads,thank god i got coilovers so its gona stay stock till next year i guess

    and it looks like a 4 wheel drive now :P my fist fits between the tyre and the guard.

  5. hey people ive got a Nismo cat back that i need to swap.i absolutely love it but

    the reason i want to swap it is that i got defected( not for the exaust) for the car being too LOW,

    when the coper checked it rest of the car was fine its just the small muffler of the exaust was

    too low.i have lifted the car back up but will be droping it back down.so iam looking for an exaust

    that doesnt have the smal muffler in the middle something like the BLITZ NUR SPEC.or any other

    JAP exaust no locals please or if some one can help me sort the problem on this exaust that would be gr8.if any ones interested drop me a PM.if any one wants to buy ill give it for 800 Firm. Melbourne Area

    Got pulled over for being too low but slowly things just kept popping up,well but the coper was not a bad bloke.not like others

    when they see a skyline they just wana eat you up,NO FINE,just told me too cover the pod,bypass the boost and lift it up a bit

  8. no need to warm the car, just drive it quietly for a while.

    usually boost will spike up and drop back a bit, i figure because the waste-gate finally opens, releasing pressure.

    happens exactly the same on my friends type x (180sx).

    however, misfiring isn't normal. check your spark plugs, coil packs ect.

    Recently changed spark plugs.got the coil packs checked a couple of months back,they were fine then,but wil check em again.

  9. Could be a boost cut feature? What sort of modifications do you have? Electronic boost controller or manual?

    Mine does the opposite...full throttle on cold night, she overboosts past the normal...

    Got a manual boost,standards mods for now i.e FMIC, POD,TURBO BACK EXAUST,HI FLOW CAT

    sorry in my old msg i mentioned the RPM wrong.as i hit the throtle it hits 10 and when i reach 5700-6500

    it falls back but.but the power doesnt feel like its cutting back or something its just the guage starts falling back

    to 8-7 psi.and yeh in he morning when i take it out it misfires for sometimes around 5 minutes then all good

    (i do warm my car for at least 10 minutes)

Thanx guys,that cleared my mind i thought there was a problem with my guage,another quick 1 hehe :action-smiley-069: .the boost controler is set to 10 psi,wen i put the foot down the boost guage needle hits 10,but as the car reaches 6500-7000,the needle drops back to around 7 psi.is that normal?

    guys could you help me out with this issue.does it normaly happen?

  12. The stock gauge reads in BAR as far as I know, in which case it won't show you more than about .7 for 10psi.

    Didnt knw that the stock guage is in Bar,so not a problem there that its not goin to the top

Hey guys was just confused about somethng,i got a Turbosmart manual boost control yesterday,and set it up to 10 psi,its showing 10 on the aftermarket boost guage but the stock guage is stil not going over 7,should the stock boost guage be going upto +7 or to the very top end of the stock boost guage?

  14. spotted at silver 33 with a GTR WING at the round about of Apac Drive melbourne airport,and a burgendy 33 on melrose drive.i guess the silver 33 was the same that i saw at westfield airport west.
