What ended up happening to this?
-
Damn! I was really getting into this build......
-
Dan is all good. He gets to spend some time with his family now so he is once again a jolly green giant!
That's good to hear and at the end of the day family comes first. I'm guessing that means there won't be a come back for a while at least?
-
Has anybody heard from Dan lately? Is he ok? Will he be coming back? I move away for work for 18months, come back and there is no more ERD! He helped me out a lot back when I still had my 32 and had planned on going back when I start my next build, did really good work and would recomend him to anyone.

Its getting there mate!
-
Definately late nights, lucky my workshop has a room upstairs with a few lounges i can sleep on The engine wont be here till about a month as a mate is doing an Rb26 conversion on his 32 GTSt and is selling me dirt cheap the complete motor, harness, gearbox everything i need. And i know the motor is still good and running. Tomorrow HICAS is out and RECARO test fit Plus clean engine bay.
Lucky bastard! I don't mean just for the room to sleep in, but for the damn workshop lol
Plenty of time to do the little fiddly annoying things that need to get done, do them now or they will always be a "next weekend" typa thing lol
-
Sweet! Late nights ahead for you i guess lol
-
I wish i had the money for this.......Good luck selling it though.
-
Yes Risking definately makes me happier seeing it clean. I can thank you for the nice straight shell also will be definately seeing you for the cage once she is up and going Oh and gerry the standard RB20 box for now as not running big power so no need for anything silly, and an exedy Heavy duty clutch.
Ook just curious as your not working with alot of money and it being a drifter, might pay to get the box sorted first up. That being said, i know blokes that have been running a 20 box for well over a year in there drift hacks and never had an issue, for me though, i got 3 months.....lol
Will be watching this thread though, love seeing a neglected shell come back to life with some TLC, can't wait to see what you do with it to.
-
Great base to start with, what gearbox are you going to use?? I assume its not going to be road registered??
-

looks pretty good now, gerry will never get another import! He'll turn into a vn driving redneck with 3 odd hubcaps and trying to swap broken fish tanks for skid wheels and police chips lol
Sorry dude, i don't live in Beenleigh anymore lol Plus my commodore driving days are long gone now!
I'll get another import, but, considering i live in a unit the size of a shoe box and have no garage, im in no real rush to be getting anything. But im really really starting to dig 4 door 33's. Might be looking into something like this at the of the year, if all else goes to plan that is lol So until then ill stay up till the late hours of the night looking at other peoples money pits lol

Looking really good mate, amazing how well it all comes together when small things like that are done. Keep it up!
-
This is a sexy bit of kit rite here. Great work mate, what are your plans for it now??
-
That's a kick in the pants! Possibility of having the catch can modified to work??
-
Hahaha i too had the same issue with my sunroof when i had my 32 (6'3 as well), made days at the track very difficult.
What rims are you planning on going for once you have sold the WorkMeisters???
-
Thanks mate, it's been a lot of headaches and stuffing around, but it's really come a long way. In fact, I just looked up my dyno result from when the car was NA... An almighty 138.6rwhp So I've increased power by about 283.4%
Hahaha always a good way to look at it i guess, money well spent!
-
Good stuff mate, looking really good.
-
Not usually a fan of bodykits but i kinda like this. Will be watching closely mate
-
Looks pretty straight and clean. What are your plans for it???
-
Man this 32 is looking awesome, any more updates/pic's?? Vids of skids lol
-
I love how well a skyline can come up after a decent headlight touch up. Makes it look like a hole new car.
-
Top effort mate, its looking really good. Will be watching this space very closely lol
-
Front bar is looking tops mate, much nicer than the one that was on there when you first got it.
