  1. I only do 2 body parts per visit eg Monday chest and bi's, Tuesday Back and Abs, Wednesday Rest, Thursday Shoulders and Tri's and Friday Legs ( Shudder ) I usually do 3 sets of 8 than 3 sets of weight where im failing before 6. I usually do a min of 3 different exercises for each area.

    I should add that I am currently bulking and am not doing any cardio. ( also as I typing this Im eating chicken and sweet potato :)

    Omg, seriously??? If you don't like your testosterone gym, go some where else. There are now heaps of womens only gyms available. It really sounds like you are in the wrong gym. There is no need for over reacting. Also if you can't or don't want to join a womens only gym, there is also a thing called earphones. Whack one of them on, listen to your favourite tunes, and stop whining.

  3. At the end of the day there is only one opinion that matters l33sh .. Yours. There are far to many keyboard warriors out there that think they know it all and love giving out advice. To be honest it's your body and only you have to be happy with it. The reason there are so many progrAms out there is because what works with one person doesn't work with others. Personally I think you have a great figure ( judging by your first pic ) but it's what you see that determines your thinking. Unless we can learn to be happy with ourselves we won't progress forward

  4. I would recommend being very patient and compiling a list of mods you want to do. Then research them to death before spending. Worst thing you can do is rush into buying things and have to spend money on the same thing twice. Have a look through the for sale section and maybe pick up some 2nd hand bits. That way if for example you buy an exhaust and you decide its too loud/ too quiet for your taste you can simply sell it for (in theory) the same price you bought it for.

    Have a look through the forums. This question has been asked and answered many times. Have a serious think about your goals for the car and go shopping!

    PS don't be too cheap with your mods. Do it once and do it right!

    This times 1000!!! I spent about 20 grand on mine when I bought it. Thinking back now could of saved a lot of time and MONEY by researching more. I would of saved about 8 grand and over a year of time for a better result.

  5. To be honest rev I don't really have an answer. All I know is when I look in the mirror I'm not happy . All I do know is I want to get abs I can see ( I have about an inch of fat hiding over my lower abs and about half an inch of fat over my middle ones as well as increase my puny arms and generally increase muscle all over. I know I have made gains in the 8 months I have been doing this as I have built up to 3 sets of 80 kilos at 6 reps each. When I first started I couldn't do that at 60kg

  6. I have had a look at iifym and derived a sort of basis. I have a bowl of oats for breakie than breakup half a chicken to be divided into 3 meals and same as for a packet of brown rice ( I think 250mg divided into 3 ). I use the microwaveable packs as they just so convienent and than for tea I usually try have a good size of protein ( 250-350 gram steak or chicken etc) I am currently sitting 78 kilos and am 170 cm tall. I usually go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Ultimately I would like to grow some size but lower my body fat

  7. I understand that rev. When I first started going to the gym my heart rate was 160 at about 6.5 km/ph on the runner. In the time at the gym I can now run 2 kms in under ten minutes as a warm up before I hit the weights. I have also stopped eating pretty much simple carbs as my diet pretty much consists of oats in the morning with a protein shake than chicken and brown rice for smoko lunch and pre gym snack ( sometimes with semi dried tomatoes and feta ) than after workout I will have a protein shake and than dinner which usually consists of sweet potato chicken/steak/kangaroo and lots of veges . Only on leg day will I have some potato after a workout as I usually am very wobbly afterwoulds with tea. I usually have one coffee in the morning with one sugar and occasionally a can of Pepsi max during the day.

  8. I have been going to the gym for about 8 months and trying to build muscle however I am short and stocky and i want to get more definition. Basically I wanna drop fat and build muscle which I am having trouble doing. I am seriously thinking about giving this a go to drop the body fat than go back to the gym

    I was bored last night and during my channel surfing I come across tapout xt on the infomercial channel. It seems to be a cardio/ resistance type workout and was just curious if anyone has tried it. I also found some info on the rushfit workout as well so I thought I would mention it. I am a bit hesitant with everyone watching me at the gym while I die attempting some of there cardio workouts and thought maybe it would help enough to start out on. ( especially when I can get both cheap as ) Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks All

  10. Could anybody help me I am trying to learn to Squat, currently my back is out as I needed to do some therapy on it, and decided to buy some roids, but its not as simple as I thought, could anybody please help....

  11. Well mate as a person that's been on them for years I'd say maybe try some natural supplements first zinc , krill oil, calcium and magnesium. Everyone can be moody at times and I don't have issues with depression anymore but however they do help with anxiety. If you are however feeling constantly down and out and feeling suicidal get help ASAP.

  12. Just bought mkk for pc. First disk the key had already been used yet I bought it new. 2nd disk is working fine but kind of hate having to update it almost 2 gig of download before I can play it. Anyone here a fan of the game.
