  1. Yeah mate its just a bubble where the line in the dash is, apart from that its mint, no cracks or anything!
  2. FYI: Problem was fixed so runs like a dream again, will be getting an ebc and putting it back on the dyno to see what its capable of.
  3. UPDATE: Pulled just under 160kw @9psi today, very healthy engine he couldnt believe it, plenty more in it just needs a little more boost. $8,000
  4. Fack, cheers mate
  5. Ok its come time for me to grow up an stop wasting money on cars and would like to get something a little newer. Ive had this car since february this year, i can honestly say ive never had a problem with this car, its reliable as all hell and i drive to nourlunga everyday for tafe so the last 10,000 kms are pretty much highway driving and it gets serviced every 5000ish. Only problem ive had is i snapped the belt that runs the waterpump, watched the temp go up a little an pulled over an diagnosed it straight away. happened 9 months ago an its never overheated since! Occasionally has a miss fire but getting that sorted on wednesday when it gets put on the dyno. 1990 M-spec R32 Black Factory 5 speed manual RB20DET 145xxxkms Cyclone alarm system Rego included till Feb 2011 Asking price is $8,500ono Or swaps (preferably cash my way) Exterior: Type M kit all round HID lights Brake calipers painted with duplicolour (adds atleast 20 Rwkw) Interior: Clean as f**k dash no cracks etc Standard front and rear seats Standard wheel in average condition Boost guage in drivers side air con vent Turbo timer Custom gear knob Brand new gear and hand brake boots (not in pic) Digital climate control Genuine skyline floor mats Fire extinguisher in glove box (can never be to careful) Air conditioning retro fitted and regassed a month ago! Full Alarm system, remote central locking, knock sensor(very sensitive) Engine start (not currently installed) And all the other anti hi-jacking crap Stereo: Kenwood head unit MP3, aux Etc 6x9s in the rear Front splits with tweeters Can include 12" Sub (all you need in an amp) Engine: Internally standard RB20DET with 145xxxkms, compression test done a couple of months back and got 140 +-5 accross the board RB25 turbo (OP6) with 5x,xxx kms on it Rebuilt gearbox, all bearings replaced and 4th gear detents, has a crunch when shifting from 3rd to 4th to quick but its an easy fix! 3inch single piece dump pipe to high flow cat 3.5inch straight through exhaust with nice cannon (not too big) But sounds tuff! ISC front mount intercooler kit Extreme heavy duty cushion button clutch (i think) ISC 52mm twin core radiator Blitz pod filter Shoes and suspension: Stock S14/R33 rims with legal tread for now (this could change) Drift? wheel nuts (soon to be rays) Standard suspension, drivers side rear sits a tiny bit lower so may need replacing but doesnt make any noise or make a difference. Other things you should know: As i said car currently had a problem, wanted to cut off while driving (suspected fuel pump failure) but hasnt done it in ages but to be safe im getting it tuned and looked at on wednesday by jazmac so might chuck a 040 in there just incase Starts first time everytime (45+ degree-10 degree days) Roof is faded, front bar has stone chips, rear passenger side has a bit of a dent so if your picky you would need a respray (i can organise for cheap) Interior is mint bar the rear side panels (as pictured) Passed regency no worries 12ish months ago All new bushes throughout the car Rear windscreen was dodgey so had it pulled out, had a little bit of surface rust which was removed properly and resealed. I have tried my best to remember everything but theres probably some things ive missed. ANY mechanical check is welcomed as long as i dont have to leave my car anywhere (as its my daily) and as long as it doesnt cost me. as i said it will be on the dyno this week so ill see if there are any problems and get a power reading. Link to pictures here

  10. Thans for your help mate, UPDATE!!! While checking my plugs ive stripped alot of things off cause im going to put my new turbo on while i do all this. Ive noticed im missing atleast 2 exhaust manifold studs and one of my vaccum lines going to the manifold has broken so will also replace all that. Keep the ideas coming
  11. Hey guys, any opinion or help would be appreciated. This is a really weird problem and ive never had anything like this, ill take the car out first thing and it will be fine driving for 20 mins + doesnt have a problem, driving hard, driving slow, up hill, down hill doesnt matter. But its normally the next time i take it out i have the problem. It will start fine and drive fine but maybe 5 minutes into the drive ill just be driving along steadily at say 60km or 80km and all of a sudden it will start to misfire and almost stall but then it will be fine, then after another few minutes it will do it again and if i come to a small incline it feels like its really struggling and sometimes when i come to a stop it will just completly stop and be very hard to start, but once i get driving again it will be fine??? Mods are standard RB20, 3.5" exhaust from turbo back with high flow cat, Pod filter, FMIC, Alloy radiator, Turbo timer and thats about it.
  12. How much did you sell the pair for?
  13. I got one make an offer
  14. Doing the conversion on my rb20 an i need the elbow that connects to the cooler piping. Cheers
  15. Thanks guys, ill check ebay now. Are the fittings on 25 turbos the same thread size an pitch as 20 turbos? An r31nismoid i thought braided lines were alot better than the factory steel ones, better flowing an less restrictive? Yes ill only be take this turbo off once but there a head f&*k when it comes time to bolt them back up. And i didnt wanna run the risk of crimping the lines when removing/ installing the turbo.
  16. I have recently purchased a rb25 turbo (op6 rear housing) for my rb20. Ive done turbo swaps before and the oil and water feed lines are always a pain in the ass so this time i wanna do it all with braided lines, My question is where can i get a set of braided lines to suit this turbo on my engine? Any help would be appreciated
  17. How much for the turbo elbow by itself if your willing to seperate?
  18. HKS-K1DD it sold the day i was gonna buy it:( Haha so its not for sale anymore
  19. Had the exact same problem with my r32 after rebuilding the gearbox, turns out it was the pivot ball inside the bellhousing that was to far in so the travel from the slave cylinder wasnt enough to disengage the clutch, take your gearbox off an have a look, its a 17mm spanner to unwind the pivot ball an bobs your uncle
