  1. It's one of the short ones that just replace the original dump... The split dump has a divider that goes into the outlet of the turbo. I'm not too sure if the wastegate flap still swings freely. What's the best way to check this?

I installed a split dump pipe on my r32 gtst today (rb20det When I took it for a drive I noticed it takes longer to come in with full boost then the original dump pipe did (around 5000rpm)and it seems really laggy. I haven't done one of the top bolts from the dump to turbo up tightly because it was stripped when I went to do it up so it no doubt it is leaking, but I just wanted to know if this is normal with the split dump pipe? Also the amount of psi has increased from 10psi to about 15psi. Does anyone know if this is normal?
  3. Hey guys I just bought an Exedy heavy duty clutch from ebay and finally got it. My question is I need to replace the flywheel in my R32gtst (rb20det) Does anyone know if an NPC lightweight flywheel fits to an Exedy heavy duty clutch any advice will be appreciated
  4. Ok so the story goes.... I just recently bought a sil80 and on the weekend i took both front wheels off to find the passenger side has a 20mm spacer and the drivers side has only a 3 or 4mm spacer.... this brings both wheels to sit even when you look at the car front on. Now the first owner in australia crashed into a guard rail on the front left and did the s13 front end conversion as it was cheaper then getting 180sx parts.... anyway i took the spacers off to find that the drifteks (17x9') rub against the coilovers, when i hit the breaks the car pulls left but that was due to the fact the drivers side had more + camber then the passengers side so i adjusted the drivers side to even it out and it has slightly fixed the problem but the coilovers don't sit in the same position from drivers side to passenger side to get even camber does anyone know what might be the problem and who might be able to fix it??? I can take pics and post up if need be.....

  7. i just got the catback done on my r33 2.5inch with a muffler sounds really nice being the rb20de maybe go the 2.25 inch?

  9. hey just wanted to know if an r33 series 2 reo bar fits well onto series 1 i've got a front bar i bought a while ago second hand and i just got the fibreglass cracks fixed on it. I tried fitting it today onto my series 1 r33 but the reo bar is to wide for the front bar to fit over it, so i was wondering if it's maybe a series 2 bumper. i don't really want to go out and buy a series 2 reo bar to find they don't fit onto a series 1 but looks like i might have to, i can upload pics soon if needed any help would be appreciated
  10. just wondering if there is any point putting a bigger throttle body on an r33 na and if so how will it benefit and what would be a recommended size
  11. I'm looking at getting the catback exhaust system done for my r33 na but i'm not too sure on what size would be best suited. I'm thinking of a 2.5inch because i've heard that anything bigger (3 inch or 3.5inch) isn't well suited i have found a second hand stock cat back off a gtr that the guy says is 2.75inch for $100 would this be a good grab? any help would be appreciated thanks.....

  13. hey all just recently the park brake light on the dash is sticking on and i don't know why it first happened when i was in first gear and took off pretty quick and got the rev's to around 6k before changing gear and then when i broke hard the light turned off and now it just constantly stays on. If i brake hard it turns off then comes back on about 2 seconds later has anyone had this happen before or anyone know what to do to fix it? thanks
  14. hi all i'm looking at getting the cold air induction done on my series 1 r33 i just wanted to know where i can get ahold of 1 around brisbane/gold coast area and is it easy installing yourself i've seen the thread of how to make one yourself but i have the money to lash out and buy 1
