yup ok, Stag RS rear shocks same as RS4... RS front same as C34 Laurel +$1 for parts. Going with the Koni's over Bilstein for $20 more.... Lifetime guarantee,,,, hehe. Failing that they're apparently cheaper and easier to rebuild.

series two stagea rs rwd version, totally different in shocks and brakes to the allwheel versions. anyone know of replacement shocks for the stock setup rather than coilovers.

Well picked up my poor darling Stag on Saturday morning..... Last place dudes don't know what the problem is, codes are fine, he managed to tell me that the A/T temp was a little high but in normal range (genius) asked him if the temp sensor was ok, he said that wasn't sure since he doesn't have equipment to check it, wasn't even able to give me a full Diagnostic report!! Unfortunately he was more keen on letting me that he was single, earning a 2k pay check a week and that Shannons has increased his car insurance to $60,000. I don't give a flyn' F**k what your status is! just fix the darn car.... anyways booking her in with WS Automatics, hopefully some sweeter news

I mentioned Solenoids to them and computers apparently fine pick her up tomoz, Partner crashed her in Jan and had battery dramas after that so WTF STAG?

Not all that keen on driving her like this tho i'm interested on how u turned urs off without it in Park? Neutral? Yeh sumthing has to be done

Hi, Longtime reader 1st time poster LOL I've noticed a few posts with similar problems. Mine started not going into 1st, pulled over checked basic oil levels, no probs. Turned car on A/T starts flashing turned her off waited a few moments restarted light was no longer flashing, great! Off I went later noticed everytime I came to a complete stop gear was staying in 2nd! tiptronic indicates correct gear try to move it manually no change.... Drove her to work (no other option) car was revving at 3k when I hit 80kmh.... Took her to performance specialist maintenance and repair place, they don't know what the problem is. Fuses fine, Diagnostic fine and next step is pull apart and check. No one seems to be able to tell what i'm dealing with and i'm at my wits end any ideas of the problem and possible $$'s invoved Cheers from me!
