This is what Sk said to someone else
They state 7/6 which is 7 kg / mm (390 lbs per inch) for the front and 6 kg / mm for the rear (335 lbs per inch). As a comparison, the standard Stagea fronts are 165 lbs per inch, so that's a 137% increase in spring rate. Usually for sporty road use I would be loooking for around 30% increase. I think I'll leave it at that, you can make your own judgement from the numbers:cheers:
and i think my rates are h8/9 , i would think my spring rates are way to high for a comfortable ride,,,,,,,,,,,would anyone be able to confirm that even if i put bilsteins in that my ride would be too firm,thanks

So i went the cheap way , so i thought , got som zoom lowered springs from japan . Didnt put the bilsteins on , now i get thrown through the roof when i hit a bump .My question is , should i get bc coilovers , bilstein shocks with stock springs or keep the zoom lowered springs and put bilsteins on ? Im not sure if its the higher spring rate that Sydney KId spoke of with Japanese lowered springs or the fact that i havnt got the bilsteins to cope with the lowered spring . Like to hear any ideas because if i go the bilsteins i would like to use the new springs because the stock ones are 93000 km old .

Thanks 4 those photos mate and the information . Im going to pour some rust inhibitor in the drill holes to hopefully cover any drill tailings left in the the hatch. What are these factory covers 4 the holes ?

i would like to see some photos of the wing and holes if u could , did u have 3 mounting screws on the 2 mounting points ?

Did u remove the wing and now u have to cover holes

Did u just drill holes and screw it on . The holes would end up over the bolt holes for the hatch ,did u remove hatch and use the holes for access to the screws ?

The mounts are exactly above the bolts of the hatch.

I just bought a nismo autech rear wing to find it has different mount positions . Has anyone installed one before or know how to go about it ?

Decided to smash out my fog lights [ stagea s 2 ] a bit of a hard job to break into bits and get out .Looks heaps better

I took my fog light bulbs out to find the yellow lenses,just wanted to find out if any one has had the guts to smash them out .

Which springs are they , and how to they ride with stock shocks ? I do realize u dont want to sell yet if i want to order them from kings i would like to know the part number , or however they list that part thanks .

So happy my stagea 25t rs four v is paid for and on the way to australia from japan.
Now luck is all that stands in front of me.
Ive never been into cars and then i fell in love with the stagea ,god i hope i like it ive never even driven one.
