  1. Didn't want to start a debate or arguement because this is a for sale thread but Thumpr what I said was relevant because I was trying to help Aybee make a sale by giving him advice because he wanted offers over $18k and I was simply saying that the chances of someone offering over $18k were pretty slim. I'm not saying spending $22k on a crap/average GTR over an awesome GSTT is a smart decision, but its a decision that a lot of people make just to own and drive a GTR. Most people look and see $22k for a R32 GTST and dismiss, sad but true. Good luck with the sale though didn't want to start controversy.
  2. I took a stock R33 GTST for a test drive and the guy said it was "quicker" than a lot of them with 3" exhausts, how I took him to mean it was that it was more responsive and had more low down torque, therefore seeming "quicker" if you don't rev the crap out of it. Does the 3" reduce back pressure so much that it affects low down torque? Would a 2.5" be a more suitable choice for a near stocker? I can't seem to find any exhaust FAQs in the search forum, does anyone know where to find some good posts if this topic has been already covered? At what point of modification does it make the 3" worthwhile (a certain kw, psi, or level of mod?) I want a daily driver that is still responsive down low.
  3. Yeah seriously no offence but you can get an R32 GTR for less than what you're asking, and you can only sell for what people are willing to pay. At the end of the day its always going to be a 2.0 single turbo and no matter how much you mod it most people with that money to spend will opt for a stock GTR over a highly-modded GTST. I know I would. I wouldn't pay more than $14k for an R32 GTST no matter how much it had been modded, that's just me I'd go for an R33 instead over that but if you've got a solid offer for $18k then I suggest take it, seeing as no response for almost a month now.
  4. I might get flamed for saying this but I think $25k for a 93mdl is a bit expensive, even though it is in mint condition. You can get an average 93 for like $16k, obviously won't be anywhere near as nice as this one but still I think $20k would be a more realistic price. That's just my personal opinion, but I figure other people might be thinking the same thing. What is your friend's bottom line?
