Hi Guys, Tried re-installing the game same thing introduction videos are fine but when they are over just a black screen press ESC and the mouse is really laggy.

Where and what is the service tag?

I know it has 3GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo and I know it has upgraded sound, video and graphics cards but I cant tell you what they are as I don't know. I might be able to find out I'll look into it later. Also its a Dell Studio 1537. (I don't know what cards are in it because my parents bought it for me for Christmas and they got it customized for gaming) Thanks Guys,

Hi Guys, Just got COD WAW today and it is really really laggy. All the videos play fine (the introduction videos of the storyline) but as soon as the finish my screen goes black and nothing happens. I have Vista and upgraded video graphics and sound cards but not sure what they are exactly. Thanks guys.
