  1. 10/1995 S1 R33 GTR
    Non VSPEC
    S3 painted lip.
    Factory LP2 Midnight Purple
    279 rwkw on 18psi 98 fuel
    Japanese history report
    Australian compliance letter available
A lot of money spent. (+/-$15,000) Receipts available.

Every wear n tear item has been meticulously replaced/repaired as required.
Basically nothing to spend on her she’s 100% ship shape mechanically.

    No Rust
    Straight Chassis
Beautiful honest km car (factory cluster)

Imported here in 2009 with 134,990km,
    1 owner ex Japan.

Was a Grade 1 auction car but only because it was attempted stolen in Japan & a fire extinguisher damaged some of the interior but no accident damage listed and no rust. I’ve seen Grade 3 cars listed in Japan full of surface rust so really it’s a matter of discovering each GTR’s history to see the truth. History report attached.

    Complied in Australia  2/2010.
Sat doing nothing with 139,000km from 2014 til Dec 2017 when I bought her with 140,000km then immediately asked Racepace to check the engine compression before we started upgrading the turbos etc.

Thousands spent on her via Racepace Motorsport/ Mac Automotive
incl twin turbos N1 Spec w/ steel wheels larger 14psi Garrett Actuators , adjustable cam gears, new extreme twin plate race organic push conversion clutch, power fc fully street tuned.
Timing belt etc all done. Harmonic balancer, tie Rod end, ball joints, plugs, rear diff bushes, propeller shaft, water pump, rear main seal, engine fan blade.etc etc Fully Tuned by Racepace Motorsport.
Not a cent to pay. The car starts first time every time.
    Now has 150,000km 2020.
    Very low Kms since importation.

Note: The car can now be viewed as restrictions have eased

I’m Happy to arrange a pre-sale inspection via Racepace Motorsport after restrictions ease at the buyers expense AND after a non refundable deposit of $500 is given as my time is money too. If you buy the car I take $500 off the sale price, if you decline the sale I keep the $500 for my time wasted. Simple.

    Not interested in swaps.
No rego or RWC as it passed one mid July this year. See attached.

Car is also listed on Carsales

    $85,000 negotiable

  2. Car now has a current VIC RWC as of 16/08/2018 that you can see needed zero things done to pass with 94% brakes.

    See attached photo

So it’s ready to buy & drive with zero issues.

Good solid car to start your own build from scratch which is half the fun of owning a GTST is the journey building your own car VS buying someone else’s build.

The car also comes with registration til July 2019 (almost 12mths)

Everything this rare LP2 Type M 40th Anniversary model came out with is on this car or I have the rest of it with me.

    $18,000 FIRM

$17,500 No Rego , No RWC

$19,000 inc additional stock rims (see photos) , 40th grill & bonnet badge, RWC & Rego.

    CASH ONLY

  3. i have a s2 white gtr  that was written off for panel damage 12 years ago. Was too expensive to repair the car at the time so they wrote it off for being in a accident where the owner hit a car up the backside and the car behind hit him.
For minior panel damage the air bags both of the did not deploy even.
I still would want decent money for it. cars can be written off for sfa. My girls friends car parked had some one reverse into it. damage rad support no air bag deploy bonet front bar they wrote the car off....... who gives a rats ass if its been in a accident theres heaps of cars on the road people fix that have never been reported. Also cars imported from jpn that have been repaired before sold on auction that have had a smash how would you ever know.

    Agreed.

My car is actually better than what it was beforehand. I got really good panel beaters that didnt take any shortcuts. Everything done exactly like factory even down to the overspray.
Plus brand new a/c condenser panel, radiator plus a heap of goodies.
Alot of money poured into it.
Its a real shame I have to sell her off but we just need a daily car.

Happy to swap plus cash my way for a Ford XR6 Ute, Hilux dual cab or Landcruiser, Nissan Patrol, something up to $8k but no high km shitboxes.
  4. Was Economical only due to airbags and I bought my car back and spent thousands. (Over $9k) to restore it back, no VIV was ever required. Chassis straight as, and the reason why I restored it, ZERO chassis damage, was all superficial. Has basically brand new entire front end but original engine cause it wasnt damaged a year off the road to do it. No money spared, best spray painters available, new parts and/or parts stripped off another 40th Anniversary car i bought. Rad just needed replacing plus stuff on the rad, was pretty straight forward.

So Bonnet, Rad, Headlights , Reo etc were replaced, front guards were ok not damaged. Looked alot worse than what it was.

Registered 1 year later without any inspections required only a RWC.

    She's A1 now , zero rust.

    FINAL PRICE DROP $17,000.

Otherwise price will go back up if I pay for rego July 5th.

I just can't afford to have both a GTR & a GTST in our current situation. But saying that I won't be selling it off cheap cause she's a really good car. Great base to start a build.

Im keeping our GTR and selling this car.

  5.

And to be honest I don't want to sell her but I need to , as my partner has been diagnosed with a terminal illness with less than 6mths to live & we need money to help pay medical bills / rent coming up. So this is a very regretful sale.

    ZERO Rust / Straight Rails.

Entire front bar and front end re-sprayed by Concord Panels and recently fully professionally polished entire car

    All the work is done.

The only thing i would mention is the factory car speakers are sounding pretty average so would reccomend an upgrade/replace.

The only thing missing from factory is the MSpec front lip section.

Being 40th Anniversary these came out stock with R34 Rims & R34 CAS. Nylon Compressor Wheel. Badged seating & rear pillar badges, smart ignition coils , pistol grip gear changer & upgraded headlights. Red stitched steering wheel.

For the RB25DET engine the ignition system was also changed, with the ignition module no longer located on the cam covers and was instead replaced by smart ignition coils (Ignitor built into coil) and ECU.

The RB25DET's turbo was also given a nylon compressor wheel to improve response.

The headlights which tapered down more towards the grill and were fitted with improved reflectors, the grill (which was longer on the Spec 1), the bonnet which had a re-shaped leading edge to fit the new lights and front bumper changing shape in the smallest amount to match the lower edge of the new headlights. Later models of the Spec 2 also had the option of having an Active-LSD fitted.

Not all 40th Anniversary cars came out with MR Bodykits (GTR Wing & MR front bar) this car was MSpec only from factory.

Whomever buys her gets a driveaway car with not a cent to pay replacing worn out items unlike 90% up for sale elsewhere.

    No TimeWasters

Please don't waste time asking whats my best/lowest price.

The GTR floormats are NOT included in the sale, the car will come with GTST floormats.

Ive also got a bunch of S2.5 spare parts which I'll be placing up for sale shortly

  7. They just look like regular mnp s2 gtst no 40th anni gtr wing or 40th front bar. 20k seems a bit rich.

Also FYI not all MNP 40th's had MR bodykits as stock standard factory options.
Out of over 65,000 RB25DET's build from Series 1-2.5 only 178 came out with Factory LP2 Midnight Purple.
ALL the MNP's were 40th Anniversary Series 2.5 only.
    135 Manual
    43 Automatic

So my car is 1 of 43 only ever released.

I consider that "rare" & been told this.
I'll be selling mine soon while she's a low km stock car.
I don't really want to sell but I need to pay bills.

For more information you can see here on the gtr website registry.
The 40th Anniversary's were even rarer than MNP GTR's. They made almost 1,000 MNP S1 GTR's!

  8. I also have a 97 S2.5 genuine LP2 Midnight Purple R33 GTST 40th Anniversary Coupe.

Imported 3yrs ago with 96,400kms, now has just touched 100,000kms.

Absolutely stock, inc cassette player , nissan cd stacker, oem exhaust, oem everything in mint condition.

Engine is absolutely stock, interior is mint. Stock automatic which has punch, so don't diss the auto's cause they are great.

    Only mods are 18" rims.

With import papers, import approval documents etc. Insured for just over $20k+.

I might sell for the right price as Ive just bought an S1 MNP GTR. [emoji846]

I doubt you'd find any mint 40th Annoversary GTST's come up for auction/import so prices are just going up.

Insuring both is expensive to say the least.

     IMG_2396.jpg

  9. Further to this I highly recommend the guys down at Racepace Motorsport in Bayswater. [emoji298]️[emoji298]️

As soon as I took my car here they diagnosed & fixed everything properly , professionally.

It was a relief to finally find a workshop that really knows GTST's & GTR's in/out.

Can't thank them enough for their help.[emoji41]

Also have found out that the 40th Anniversary model s did come with R34 CAS's so I'm on the assumption my engine is the original motor. [emoji469]

  10. FINALLY Racepace found the issue with my car today. After

I drove off with it, it faulted on the way home so i drove it back to them faulting.

They found the problem in about 10mins.

Looks like my A/C is ON even when its turned OFF = pipes freezing = A/C compressor making noises.

As soon as you remove the AC fuse the noise stopped, so they've unplugged the AC plug above the Compressor for now until we can find the wiring fault.

My car had an entire loom replaced so they think its wiring or a wrong pin connector.

Also they found that it has an R34 CAS fitted so theyre wondering if my car engine is a Neo with R34 camshafts also....Its a 40th Anniversary 11/1997 build date so not sure if this model came out with some R34 bits??

Im the 1st Aussie owner so it arrived to me like this with auction paperwork matching 94,500kms...

  11. Ahhh WD40 on the belts. Soapy water works much better because it dries and doesnt leave residue.......

As above with the clutch fan, davies craig hubs tend to be on 100% all of the time however. Stock ones usually do the opposite when they wear out

The current clutch is the Davies Craig but I actually wanted OEM Nissan but this Davies one is locked ON 24/7 which is cool if you wanna keep it cool BUT as soon as you floor it, so does the clutch fan and its louder than the turbo its sucking that much air.

Changing to OEM Nissan Fan clutch.

I didnt spray the belts , that'd just make the belts slip, I just sprayed a bit on each of the 3 the pullys (PS, AC & tensioner under PS&AC)where the bearings are only. The car has been sitting around for a year so maybe it just needed a little lubricant to get it moving more freely...havent touched it since.

Cars getting retested post clutch fan change over etc. The Davies one is loud but it def cools the hell outta the car but everytime you want power you get the fan kicking in just as hard to tje point of annoyance.

  12. Update: I sprayed all 3 pullys with WD40 as advised by a few R33 owner buddies and when I took the car to the mechanic the bloody thing wouldnt fault! Hahaha
I was diving up/down the M3 for at least a good hour giving her stick but zero fault which is always the way when you want it to it never does...[emoji849]

We've found out the new engine clutch fan is ON all the time atm so getting that rectified and getting an OEM one fitted which is what I asked for but obviously didnt get.[emoji20]

Also getting a new PS belt put on then the cars gonna be re-tested later this coming week.
