  1. How about a V band at the back, just before the muffler, and swap over to blast pipes for the track day or dyno comp. hehe.

omg like i keep saying ill take pics tonight dont ur guys stagea's have the factory in cabin exhaust silencer

from the click of a button and the exausht goes from loud to quite

so just get a nice tuned aftermarket exhaust and mod this unit to it?

  2. i dunno what the standard is. when he asked what spring rates i wanted. i told him double digits lol

mine are a little harsh over the small bumps. but i have the dampers wound up a little too. and got some pre-load on the front springs. the rear wallows a little. but i think i have a broken swaybar mount, and dont have the dampers firm enough.

my wife hasnt complained, so compared to my HKS hypermax pro i had on my previous S15, she loves the BCs on the M35

however i have the only set (that we know of) of dolphin freeway swaybars and a whole load of underbody bracing. this all adds to firmness

yes i have seen those dolphin freeway bars

and a whole load of under body bracing ? what else do you have under there , keen for info as its almost impossible to find nm35 parts in NZ

I’m after a nice firm ride , I hate allot of rear body roll and the m35 has that , yet all my coil over’s for my last cars where tein super flex and damn awesome kit just a little too bit bumpy for nz roads then baby came along so went from toys to a compromise of a wagon mixed with pure sex and bought the stagea

  3. what dale doesnt mention is that on the 'soft' setting they are well balanced, firm but not a harsh ride.

wind the dampers up harder and it wont move. good if you want to run a semi-slick on the track.

my BCs came with 10kg fronts and 11kg rears. however ive seen sets with 9/8 and 9/10 so you can probably order whatever you like

so withthe standard 10kg / 11kg rates , how do you find your set ?

are these the same spring rates as yours daleo

  4. no i love a nice deep throaty exhaust , expecially with a 2.5 v6 turbo behind it

thats why i am saying a want a full tuned exhaust straight pipe from dump pipe all the way thru to my current rear muffler

as my rear muffler has a mechanical baffle with cables going to it that with a in cabin on/offf switch it goes from silent to a bit of noise

the muffler tip is rather big and has

Nissan Sports exhaust etched onto the side of it

  5. I have the BC BR's and I've been boring everyone to death about how much I like them. They are the perfect balance between comfort & performance. Honestly, you will not buy better for anywhere near the same price.

I actually bought mine through an NZ performance shop, and they were cheaper than OZ, even after I'd shipped them back over here; I'll dig up the name tonight, the guy was great to deal with.

hey daleo did u but the bcs with the off the shelf spring rate as i was thinking you can ask suppliers to give you diiferent spring rates.

So if i have the cash i would buy tein super flex wagon but ask them for a different spring rate to soften them up , but if the bc were off the shelf standard spring rate ill just go for those and use the rest of the money for

my sway bars , links , mount brackets

  6. Another thing if you guys could answer

with coilover sets if i put my two cents in, tein super flex own all i have had a few cars with the tein super flex with edfc and they were awsome yet those cars i had builT as toys with alot of power

the stagea is more of my get to work street car ( which will still get the tlc of more power ) yet the tein suspension i think are still a bit to hard for the streets

what do you guys recomend for the stagea tein super flex for the wagon or bc gold ( i know the teins are better coilovers yet wich is better as in still comfy on the road AND GOOD SUSPENSION UPGRADE ) ?

  7. sweet basically im after a nice tuned full exhaust as well as extractors but i want to keep the exhaust silencer that comes standard with my stagea , see police turn exhaust of lest reason for then to look

mine is realy quite what i ment was i have a factory switch in the cabin whitch alows me to turn the exhaust down so it makes nexrt to no sound then turn it up and its throaty

maybe a baffle in the rear muffler that can be adjusted not sure?

so i want to keep my nice big muffler and tip and just get a nice tuned exhaust from that forward so ill look around

  8. sweet basically im after a nice tuned full exhaust as well as extractors but i want to keep the exhaust silencer that comes standard with my stagea , see police turn exhaust of lest reason for then to look

  9. G'day Dust, You didn't happen to speak to Wayne at Whiteline recently? He mentioned yesterday someone from NZ had been on to him.whistling.gif

No worries mate, once we get it all the pricing sorted, I'll find out the most competitive way to get the parts to you, and then I can give you some options.

I'm sure there's a way to do it without huge expense; possibly a bulk package to someone in NZ then distributed locally from there.

    Cheers, Dale.

Yup was me yet as you are dealing with him i let you run with it , i only posted a question up in his facebook page

and yes that plan sounds great as nz is a %$#@ hole for anything realy so i come to you ausies to get shit sorted :worship: so any help will be great

    much appreciated

  10. All good guys.thumbsup.gif

Been on the phone with Wayne today, once the NM35 Sway bars are officially a stock item, ( Jules is booked in for his to be fitted Friday) we will be able to put up some group buy details for Uprated Bars, Ball links, mounts and possibly FRONT ball links and mounting hardware!

I'm busier than a one legged man in an arse kicking competition with this right now, but rest assured, a week or so from now, I should have a tonne of bits for you all to bust a nut over, so save your pennies!

They'll all be competitively priced and you'll be able to get hold of bits as you need them so it won't break the bank.thumbsup.gif

    Cheers, Dale.

awsome , ye keen as for both front and rear bars , those 350 z llinks ans sum links for the front and some mounts , along with my new BC, BRs i will be happy as

By the way daleo im in NZ so i might have alot of guys here who will jump into the group buy so once you have the pricing for all let me know , and i will transfer my cash and whoever elses to you along with what it will take to ship or if you could ask your contact if we can sus for shipment direct from him , either way

  11. yes.

Akebono, G-tech, StopTech, D-spec are available on eBay Motors. 4/6/8 pot fronts depending on brand and 2/4/6 pot rears depending on kit.

    Apologies for the hijack Dale

yes soz i shoulda moved thi sover to the brake section

  12. im still intersted and the time factor is fine as i exceeded my chrissy budget, and am still yet to have my massive NYE in melbourne..   so i will be breaking the piggy bank to pay for this!!!!

keen on one of these dump pipes pm me how to go about geting one

  13. please clarify

i have been told from numerouse mag wheel dealers that 9.5 on the stagea is to wide and will creat issues

i am looking at dropping my m35 on some BC BR coilovers and running big break kits witch mean ill be running 19 inch mags

so what size width mags can i get with 19s? that i can use on the stagea that wont rub 8.5s or 9s

if i get a spacer does that mean i can go wider ?

with offset does a - or a + offset mean a bigger dish etc

or do u guys recomend 18s for the stagea

  14. Iamhe77

    thnks for info

curiose so brembo or willwood have brake kits that will bolt straight onto the m35 stagea as long as i buy 350z kits ?

  15. Just to let you know the Only U.S sway bars we know of are just like the OE factory bar and are hollow and just pressed flat ends thus why they are cheaper it is just tube steel where as Whitline are Solid spring steel and if you look at the steel price market at the moment you will understand the cost of the raw steel let alone then has to be bent , forge the ends and add the adjustment holes then powdercoated twice as we put an extra layer of corrosion clear for countries that snow and have allot of salt on the roads and makes the powdercoat last allot longer.

Hey guys i just imported my 2001 m35 250t rs four , 4wd turbo etc

    and omg best wagon ever

please is there any chance of a list of al parts now available for the stagea , i am looking to do a full suspension upgrade using sway bars and the links in this thread also very keen on Daleos mounts if they ever came to be

also any other info on brake upgrade kits or anything will be appreciated
