how much is 12 psi in bar?

Is it possible to do a step 3 tuning?? high flow filter, 3in exhaust from the turbo back, chip and rise boost to 1,2 bar?? without destroying the engine cause i heard that the fastest way to kill the engine is to do this kind of tuning typical volvo tuning!!

I have an question about engine coolant on the Staggey, I saw that there was red engine coolant in the cooling system on my Stagea, and I wonder if this is standard on Stagea? and can i change from red to blue? meaning emptying the system and filling with blue instead ofcourse.
