after i lost my licence which was on the 17th...i tried starting the silvia today and i had to crank it over about 10 times before it started, it had very low pet-rol, but even so wen it has a full tank i have to leave the key cranking for a while to get it started how can i fix this? Thanks

My car has the standard 180 speed limiter still in place demonstrating it has not been thrashed. I tested it out to make sure the limiter was in place, thats how I know.
