hi.i want to know can a gtr windscreen fit a gtst.

i have a r33 fitted with the rb20e motor.can i use my stock mounts on the rb30.will the engine need to be lowered on those mounts if keep the stock rb25 manifold

hi.got a question for the guys running bc coilovers.want to know which way to mount the lower mounting bracket as the one side is protruding more then the other side and it has a plastic/rubber type washer on that side.should it be fitted pointing inwards or outwards and can the coilovers be fitted either side cause thered no markings that say left or right side

i have a r33 gts with the rb20e.my diff acts like a lsd with the "turn one wheel and if the other turns the same direction its a lsd"test.its also has the 3x2 halfshaft bolt patern.

bubba when you say welded up.did u build up the snout and then machined it into shape.

then my diff must be a vlsd cause at the drags both wheels spin even though my rb20e dont got power lol

any of you guys know what 3x2 and 5x1.if its the drive shafts then i have 3x2 shafts

it was out of gear and they both turn in the same direction

oops sorry man.my diff acts like a lsd.i've jacked up my car n both wheels turn in the same direction.same said to jack up one wheel n if it hard to turn then its a lsd.i've done that test too n its hard to turn the wheel.do viscous lsd work when the wheels turn slow cause when one wheel is on a hard surface n the other on sand the one on sand starts to spin n no power goes to the other wheel

my diff does that.i even done the one wheel up test and itd very hard to turn but when one wheel is on a loose surface like sand and the other on hard surface the one on sand would spin with a light touch on the gas pedal.is that normal for a vlsd

hi guys.i got a r33 fitted with the rb20e motor.what i want to know howstrong are the diff and sideshafts fitted to this model.are they as strong as the turbo skylines' diffs and sideshafts.how do i know if its a r200 diff.my vin plate says rc4.00 does that mean its a r200 diff.if i want to fit a turbo diff do i need the whole casing or jus the intenals.hope anyone can help

the wreckers is not a option as r33s are not common in south africa.the local nissan agents only got the r33 gtr windscreen on their system thats y i want to know if it will fit my gts

thanks for the replies guys.im busy gathering as much info as possible.starting my rb25/30 build in the new year.so if you use the stock rb30 pistons would the comp be good for a n/a motor then.one more question.can sr20 and/or vg30dett rod bolts be used as an upgrade for standard rb30 rod bolts.

hi.all the posts and info i've read usually on say how to fit the r33 rb25de/det and rb26 heads on the rb30 but whats involved fitting the rb25de/det heads.do all oil and water lines line up.i've read the neo heads ccs' are smaller then the r33 rb25 heads.what comp ratio will it give with the stock rb30 pistons.if it bolts straight up as the rb25 with the the vct and front water gallery mods can i use the stock rb30 pistons.sorry for all the questions
