  1. You can all say what you want and make up your bed time stories. John, I advise you get legal action if that is the truth about your car etc...which I don't have a clue about and you can take legal avenues to get compensated. If you want you can contact me on 0410658888 or [email protected] if you want to and if you have a legitimate story. Also we don't use WCCG as a warranty company and haven't in a very, very long time as we use National Car Warranty hence your bullshit story. If you still want to rant and rave on about this I advise you get help as you and your story doesn't match or make sense. By the way I sleep very well at night and fall asleep within seconds. Not sure about you John. I am proud to be one of the best and most truthful importer in Australia and just because you have someone telling you what to say and what to do on here to try and destroy me and what I have left then go for it. Enough is enough though especially with the 1 and 2 post warriors. I hope everyone can see the trend. As of now and in the future I will no longer be fighting these pathetic and stupid made up battles and stories. For those that know me personally thank you for your help and support as its over and out for me. I am the only importer/dealer in Australia that has been fighting these so called allegations as I know the truth and what is said is wrong and full of lies. Stressing about comments and other dealers that have an influence on here that have been trying to close me down is not worth it. Please go buy cars off them and make them happy and lets see what sort of cars you will end up with. Don't come crying to me as all I will say is you deserve it. Many have done so in the past and I have always helped them as I am a gentleman. I will be closing my account and if you want to rave on about me and tell your lies and stories please feel free to do so and don't hesitate as I am apparently the worst person in the world and the biggest asshole to deal with. Go for it guys.
  2. I don't have anything to hide and since I didn't want to make this public and wanted to keep it confidential.... Its actually my EX-Wife as we haven't been together for over 6-7 months. Are you f**ken happy now that I have told everyone on SAU my personal problems????? YES...I have promised that I would help her business but we go our separate ways very, very soon. Anyone has a problem with that????? A few people know and I wanted to keep it under wraps but I suppose I have to log on here every day and tell everyone what colour undies I am wearing today.... Its black by the way....
  3. Another 1 post wonder who is making up stories. Its funny how story telling on forums these days has taken off. Never ever heard of your problem before and as I have said before I am not hiding. Xtreme Motorsports will be opening back up in a few months once I have found a new place. For the 100th time.... I AM TAKING A f**kING BREAK AND NOT RUNNING AWAY.
  4. Thanks Bill. Fantastic write up and you hit the nail on the head. I agree with you a 100%. I have and did conduct my business to the best means possible and tried so hard to try and please everyone at the same time. That in return meant very low profit margins and even trading at a loss on many cars just to try and educate customers that what they are getting is real but unfortunately I was out numbered by many dealers and backyarders that were up to their tricks and illusions. I am now enjoying the break as Christmas is coming along and spending time with my family and definitely re-assessing the situation. I am in the building trade and still have my business operational. I have a development starting in February but I don't need to be there as I have 2 partners that have been looking after that business for the last 3 years. They know my passion with cars and understand the scenario. I was always proud of what I did and what I do but after sitting back now and realising how hard things were and the struggle in keeping the business alive is it worth it?
  5. Very true Sean. I believe the new car industry is tough as you have said too. People shopping around everywhere and not even comparing apples to apples and just want the lowest price. It is a very hard market as many people are now involved in it and there is a lot of backyarders that think they can make millions by doing it from home. I can name at least 10 backyarders who have been ripping off people and getting away with it as there is no warranty or comebacks. We always honoured legitimate warranty claims and did the right thing by all our customers. Maybe that's the reason why the overheads were becoming too high and should have told everyone to get lost. Lol...
  6. Thank you and appreciate your comments. Good cop, bad cop.....same cop? Lol...I don't threaten people. Never have and never will. Its not my nature.
  7. I agree. Though the Car Import industry is very hard to judge as it has a lot of different areas that you could make or lose. A lot of the hurt in the industry came with GFC as the dollar crashed and hurt many.
  8. I agree. I don't know and don't want to know who has threatened Gregg as that's very uncalled for and cowardly. I don't need anyone to fight my battles as I can handle them myself. Thankyou The asbestos was there and I mentioned it to the landlord from day one and did my research and it was not at all any harm unless it was disturbed until when the tree fell. Sam hasn't been working with us since October/November 2012 and believe he works at Sports Auto Group now. John the detailer is a Sub Contractor and is mobile and still does work for us and will be doing work for us once we are back in action. A 100% exact. Its harder than everyone thinks. The threats are cowardly and uncalled for and I wish I could find who the hell it was so I can give them a big f**ken slap to wake up and there is no need for this. Whoever it is man up and there is no need for your threats. Reveal yourself or suffer the consequences. Its pathetic and childish behaviour. Not necessarily as I had nothing to do with their actions and not responsible for what other people say or do. I cant control everyone and everybody and if they want to make threats they can cop it instead of the innocent people that had no affiliations with it.
  9. Its easier said than done especially when you have employees and a lease that cant be terminated. When you enter a lease agreement you become a guarantor and your liable till the end. Well said Shoota_77 and you have hit the mark precisely and exactly. I couldn't justify ripping off customers and hence why I am taking a step back to assess the situation. This year we only sold around 80-90 cars though I have lost a lot of money on some. Example: Toyota Bb owed us $16800 and sold it for $10500. Another good example was a genuine EVO 8 MR with 62000kms that owed us just over $30,400 and we sold it for $28500 because customers kept telling me that the mileage was too high...LOL...They didn't care if it was genuine or not they only cared for what was reading on the dash. That is only one side as I have managed to find someone for the other side. Though they have to wait till the tree is removed and all repairs are done to that side of the property. 100% Correct. Your a 100% right Iron Chef. Looks good on the outside but the stress is not worth it. Thanks everyone for your input. It shows that there are some true and decent people out there. The worst part of the industry is that its very, very dirty and if your not a hard ass or a criminal you cant survive. Hence the reason of taking a step back for now.
  10. What about all the other areas Terry??? Haberfield? Sylvania? Rydalmere? Newcastle? Blacktown? just mentioning a few.....
  11. Very true and I completely agree. Very true and correct. Its getting hard to trust and find legit cars. This world is small and privacy no longer exists. The reason why I am taking a step back and reassessing the situation here in Australia. Actually quiet the contrary. I have been losing money for a very long time with that business. If it wasn't for my building business I wouldn't be able to survive. The other business as I have explained many times is not mine. I am only helping set up and they have offered me a job and I have said no. Xtreme Motorsports will still go on and will be back on board soon though I want to run it without me being there as I have further plans as I have been offered a job in Japan and considering it hence why I was asking these questions etc. and giving the truth and insights to the world behind the Imports etc..... I am not on here for support or moral and don't care what people think of me or say or do. Trying to show everyone what its really all about is obviously not good enough for some and I think it would take a lot of understanding as many have shown.
  12. Lol...Also noticed that Gregg621 only became a member yesterday at 6.28pm...just to attack me. Who are you doing that for Gregg...or is your name Gregg???
  13. Hi Everyone, Lets see where this leads to? Being an Importer for many years with all the knowledge about the Importing Industry I would like to share with you all what its like to be on the other side of the fence. Many Importers in Australia and I am not backing anyone or even myself are finding very hard and expensive to find decent and legitimate cars for the Aussie market. People in Australia aren't prepared to pay real prices for real cars. Everyone wants a bargain and a new car for the price of scrap. Everyone doesn't understand that the cars are getting older and harder to find. To give you guys an example: I flew across to Japan recently and spent endless hours and 12 days and went to over 15 auctions and travelled 6000kms and only to be able to purchase 2 cars. Most of the cars either went for big money or had major problems such as previous damage or rust and corrosion. This is only half the battle guys..... Then you have your Sales Site/ Car yard etc... Overheads...Rent pending on site. Where we were was $11000 per month. Carsales- $3-5000 per Calender month (30days). Biggest Rip off ever. Their prices just keep rising. Ebay and Gumtree- Not free for dealers and is approx. $1000 per month. Insurance- $1500 per month. Electricity- $1200 per month. Water- $200 per month. Telephones and Internet- $500 per month. Wages???? pending how many staff you want to run with. Minimum $10000 per month for 2 guys. That's without Commissions. You can do the calculations.... This is only the major stuff. Then you have mechanic's bill, auto electrician, warranty comebacks, Detailer, Compliance and the list goes on..... You cant imagine how much money has to go into this type of business and how hard it is to actually be on top of the bills. It is really hard work and very deceiving to the outside public and customers. Lets face it, you the customer walks in and see a whole heap of nice cars and automatically think WOW... Looks are always deceiving. Hard work, stress and marriages falling apart from this type of business and I feel sorry for every single person that is involved in this business. I am not trying to whinge or complain but just stating the honest truth and facts as many people don't know. Sometimes people pick on other dealers especially about the kilometres but those dealers are willing to take the risk as they are competing with each other and in need of money to keep their business running. Unfortunately this is wrong and has to come to an end but they are doing this as the consumer/customer still believes that all Japanese Imports are LOW KILOMETRES...and they shouldn't have more than 50-60,000kms.... Thanks to all that have read through this and I would actually appreciate your honest opinion guys and feel free to comment... Please no harassment towards any dealers or anyone as I am not here to start fights or wars and just curious on how you all feel.
  14. Lol...Someone is bored... No shit Sherlock..... I am not trying to hide and deceive anyone as Xtreme Motorsports is still trading and NOT BANKRUPT, NOT IN RECEIVERSHIP and NOT HIDING. All Xtreme Motorsports bills have been paid up to date with no hidden agenda's. I am in the process of looking into another property to relocate but cant find anything suitable or its fricken too expensive. So why the BIG FUSS I might add. Yes, I am guilty in helping Team WILD SPEED set up. As I have said to many as it was my obligation and hence why I was taking a break. I have friends in many places that are trying to help set up Team Wild Speed hence why I am the point of contact. If you guys want to expose me or would like to chat about your feelings and emotions towards this subject please feel free to give me a call on 0410658888 and will discuss it as much as you like. Please feel free. I suppose any publicity is good publicity....Lol...Thanks Guys.... I am just being honest and legit unlike any other dealer in OZ and if you cant handle the truth and don't like me or my ways than please refrain from your stupid and foolish behaviour such as posting absolute crap and especially with private and confidential information that doesn't concern anyone. Thank you. Ohh... For those that have doubt about the tree you can see the attached photo's... Also if you drive past 428 you can still see it as it hasn't been removed yet as a special asbestos team has to come in and remove all the asbestos first....
  15. Yes... Xtreme Motorsports has closed down. We had a massive tree fall onto our workshop and damaged it severely and its disrupted the asbestos. Due to the health risk we had to vacate. Wasn't due to hair cuts either Numleg by the way. Unlike your friends that I wont mention who use to do it in-house....Lol.... The Facebook page was sold on to a joint Australian and Japanese company that is new and opening up in January. Xtreme Motorsports have no affiliation with this company though I have done the right thing by my guys/workers by negotiating a job for them there as I consider them family. I on the other hand will be taking a break for now as I need a long holiday and will decide early next year what I will do. If anyone has any questions or would like to contact me please don't hesitate to do so via PM. Thank you everyone for your support over the years and I am enjoying the break and recouping lost time.
  16. Admins...Can we get this topic locked please as its starting to get personal with other users arguing between each other and the replies are no longer to do with the topic at hand. I believe we have resolved the issue legitimately and deserve this thread to be locked and have the argument carried on elsewhere. Thanks
  17. Thanks Sean. Sometimes we have no choice for selling on consignment as we run out of stock and as usual try to help others. Its not even worth it on consignment as you get more headaches than its worth. We now absolutely for no reason whatsoever take any cars on consignment and refuse it. I would rather leave the yard empty. Thanks once again.
  18. The car in question was on consignment and compliance and didnt have genuine kms and was handed back to its owner/importer. Yes thats a 100% correct and we no longer trust anyone no matter who it is. The cars that I forwarded to JOC are cars that we have currently in stock and they were picked at random. I am happy to supply more if needed though I have forked out $400 already. As I have said above and many other times through out this thread those specific cars were here on consignment and have now been returned to their owner/importer. We thought we would do the right thing and help them out but unfortunately we have taken the fall and hit on cars that werent even purchased by us. I always try to help everybody all the time but my kindness got our decent reputation in trouble this time around. I highly recommend a check on any import if anyone is looking for a car as there a very few and very rare genuine importers. As for the new SAU accounts...LOL...Thats what happens on forums and blogs. Everyone is a Keyboard Warrior and like to hide under another name so they dont get found and so they dont get known who they are. I call that an act of cowardness. Its funny that they can be tough behind a keyboard. Lol...
  19. Thanks Harry. I highly agree that all shonky dealers should be reported as it makes the honest ones look stupid and gives them a bad reputation even though they are trying to do the right thing.
  20. Thanks JOC. Hopefully this will shed some light on the truth as I like to be honest and straight forward unlike others. Appreciate your efforts. No its not on there as that car was here on consignment and compliance and is now gone back to the person who imported it alongside some of the other cars that use to be on our site. I actually gave JOC a few chassis numbers that we have currently in stock. From now on we will absolutely not and have banned consignment cars after this altercation. If it doesnt have history and full Japanese documentation I wont even purchase it.
  21. Thanks Dodgy Imports. I will send you a copy of the Skyline one if you want. For all those that are interested I have also paid JOC this morning for the De-Reg's to come in. Thanks once again to all the supporters that have been ringing us and contacting us in regards to this. Thanks
  22. Thanks. $80 is worthwhile on any car you purchase or look at. Also I believe its the dealers responsibility to notify the customer if the kms arent genuine and be honest and straight forward. Sometimes the car might have had an aftermarket speedo/cluster and has been changed back etc...or whatever the case might be. I have told a few customers straight up especially when the car has a Nismo cluster etc that this is the real mileage. Thats pretty unfair from the dealer you purchased your car from especially with proof. We will be definitely going on board with you (JOC) and hopefully we can keep all the shonky dealers in line for a change.
