Hey just need a bit of help wiring up a turbo timer. It's pre wired for an r33 but I've got an R34 do I'm just gonna cut the plugs off and splice them into my wires. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the wires need to be hooked up to?

Hey.. Just looking up coilovers, i'll probably go with the BC BR's for my R34 GTT but just wondering if anyone has heard anything about these Emotion coilovers - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/EMOTION-SUSPENSION-COILOVER-DAMPER-KIT-F-R-NISSAN-SKYLINE-R34-GTT-1998-2001-/120940699640?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c28a09ff8#ht_1310wt_922
Cheaper by $125 so i know i'd be best to go with the tried n true BC's but just thought i'd ask.... Mainly want coilovers to lower my car a few inches and also stiffen the suspension up for street use and the occasional track day. Cheers.

What about running this 100 octane in our RB25DET's? Ive wondered about this... i always use it anyway but this week i put in 95 coz it was 1.34 a litre and havent noticed a difference but i was thinking that maybe i'll go through more fuel with that stuff?
-
My Stags done around 145, but problem started at around 135.

I'll be watching this, might bring my 34 along providing ive found a job by then.
-
Ours does the same, give it a bit and she'll come one back off and after a little bit it turns off, been like that easily 6 months now though. It was also hesitating or running rough like there was a coil pack issue, but only during summer - now that it's winter its not doing it.... does this sound like it's coil packs for sure?

On ebay now but make me an offer.

Make an offer... gonna stick em on ebay tomorrow

Hi guys. For sale I have a full set of Enkei Aegis rims 17x7 fronts and 17x8's rear. They are 3 piece rims
Now. I had an accident in my R34 3 days after getting it. Smashed one of the rear rims rim pretty bad, the centre part is still OK but the two outter rim pieces will need to be replaced, and one of the front rim needs a re-roll but will be fine. The two other rims are perfect, with no gutter rash etc. The tyres on all 4 are excellent having being driven on less that 500kms.
Now from what I can tell the offset of the front are 31+ and the rears are 38+.
Wheels are located in Ballarat, 1hour west of Melbourne. Contact me here or PM me for my moby number.

I always tend to cain mine on the highway so it's never much more than 500.

Yeah I wouldn't have paid any more than 9k... I was gonna get a manual but the importer didn't have any at the time and he wanted 2k more when i already had all the bits to make a manual. I also wanted a yellow one but it was gonna be another 2k again for that colour.
-
I get 4-450 every tank depending on how much of a thrashing it's been getting.

just imported my 1998 R34 GTT sedan, auto 80,000k's, 3in Apexi exhaust, 17" Enkei's, body kit, body and interior as new, paid 9k rwc, complience on the road etc. Seen one the exact same colour, auto, same k's stock rims and no body kit for 15k on ebay... Prices on the things are all up the shit.

Hahah fair enough, cheers. The rears actually have around 3 inches of dish, so i was to get the them fixed i'd run the rears on the front and get the fronts made wider with even bigger offset. But yeah, might just do as you said and sell em as a pair

Sorry no was referring to rb25's when I started talking about engine bay cleaning
-
I owned an RB30 EFI patrol and that thing got fully submerged above the bonnet almost daily through winter, worst problem I ever had was if it sat for too long. As for engine bay cleaning I usually stuff rags soaked in WD40 around the coil packs, spray degreaser everywhere bar the coil packs and use a pressure washer to spray the crap out of the engine bay. At worst I get rough running for a bit till shit dries out. It's never bothered me though.

Cool thanks

Gonna be doing this on friday coming, only i recon i'll just take my old hub and new bearing into my local brake shop and get them to do all the hard work lol
-
One rim is only very moderate, I recon i could fix it with a strong blow with my sledge hammer but am gonna get it done right if anything. The other one needs new lips, the outter two pieces but the centre is fine

Hope this gets sorted soon, I need to read up on a few things

Hey guys. About a month ago I smashed my R34 and damaged two of my rims. They are 17x8 Enkei Aegis, 3 piece rims. One is beyond repair except the centre is still useable and one will require a simple re-roll and maybe a buff. Now, I dunno how rare or sort after these are and I've since bought a set of 18's, but just wondering if it's worth getting them repaired or if I should just flog off the three half decent ones on ebay or something. Does anyone know what it would cost for an inner and outter band/lip to repair the rooted one?

The Unicorn is rad, and i have no regrets as tattoos are something to look back on in 20 years and at the worst will be something to laugh at
