my aristo went to brads after getting stuffed around by BSA..........brad said he could do the work BSA couldnt in a few weeks......3 months later car was untoched and deposit was paid for the work.........after my car sitting there for 3mths get a call from brad saying he cant do it and need to book it in for few months time(I PAID FOR THE TOWES TWICE)............so car go back 6mths later only half a petrol tank and shitty thin alloy ie 3mm rear strut bar that went thru the fuel tank. i ended up making all my bits i needed myself

cracked cause i dipped in the water i should of let it cool down naturally.....that alloy gets real hot..........5% silicon filler rod...........i did find my tungsten where melting when it came to alloy?

started to tig up alloy.......think i need a better quailty alloy to play with as it pops alot...and some more foot control?

your in the us.........you can get a miller or lincoln ac/dc tig for half the price we can ...........dont think you could use the the tokentool tig too we run 240v

ive made an alloy one already for the daily..............which im strapping it down and made a base/plate for it to bolt on too its in aristo actually here the alloy one pics are of it when it was half finished.ive put 3 baffle plates ,baffle cage for the sender and fuel trap it is an odd shape

what do you guys think 1.6mm 316 s/s be thick enough top build a tank out of?its at the limit of the pan brake

kool token tools welders i'll suss them out havent brought one yet might hold out a bit more

these 4 machines seem the most bang for buck all are 200-240amp ac/dc welders with decent duty cycle weldsmart easy tig unitig rossi
