Hey guys iv noticed my 33 is blowing blue smoke, mainly after coasting down a hill or in flat road, as soon as you put your foot back in the gas it puffs a big plume of blue smoke, the rocker cover breathers do not breathe or push any oil, car is running a 3076r, is it possible or worth getting rebuilt? Cooler piping is dry, so could it just be the rear seal?

Hey guys my lock crapped itself tuesday arvo, turn to unlock and the mechanism was under load and would just spring back to locked, inside lock would do the same, i now have the door trim off, i have disconnected the lock rods to push it unlocked manually but it will still not unlock, if anyone can help i would be very appreciative, as climbing out the pasanger side is a real pain, Cheers, chris

Is your wastegate open? Didnt lose the circlip off your actuator and arm jumped off?

Thanks exactly what i was after, so if i get a thread adaptor for rb30 and run it strait onto the block i need to run a filter with a relief dont i? Will a filter to suit rb20 work?

Currently have my head off and am comsidering removing oil cooler and fitting a rb30 threat adaptor to fit filter strait to block and running no cooler at all, its only a street car, am just trieng to do whats needed while am at this stage, also can i plug the hoses that run down to the cooler? Iv also read about people blocking the big coolant line barbs at front and rear of block to, what do you guys reckon? Cheers, chris

Im not sure on the radiator, dont really know how to tell, will try bleed system once again, was thinking of buying a 52mm alloy radiator, yes shroud is fitted

Hey guys new to these things, i bought a 25det 33 a few months ago with a few probs, basically wastegate was half open from previous owners doing a crap job of bolting in a 3076, have flushed cooling system, radiator has been stripped and cleaned, has a new thermostat (rb30) and system has been bled as well as i can (using bleed screw) i put a new genuine rad cap on the other day and when cold i can squeese top hose and make oveeflow bubble? Is this normal? Gets hot on my hill which is 6 kms of uphill but even cruzing the needel rises fast, chem test shows no co2 in cooling either, please give me some ideas

Hey guys im new to skylines, i bought a 33 a few weeks ago and my apexi boost controler screen has a strip of lights out about mid way and cuts out the rpm, is this a problem you guys have heard of before? Cheers chris
