ok i wanted to know when i drive my skyline yeh that my skylines sounds totally different to other skylines...i always hear the turbo spooling up and sounds likes its screamming all the way down the street... wen i hear other skylines they always sound so much differnt even if the got a full exhaust. ok ma car is stock as a rock could my turbo be hi-flowed and i dont know about it cause i bought the car of this guy who dont know jack about cars....who just imported the car 6 months before i purchased it of him except for the cat back.....but i hear other cat back cars still dont sound the same also how do i tell if i have a dump pipe from the cat to the turbo...i see a pipe going straight to the turbo..but why ppl taking one look under the car and go u need a dump pipe how do i tell the difference ????/ im still learning everything i could about skylines much appreciate the help :headspin:

so do u reckon there is any differnece in buying say a TRUST cooler Vs. a HYBRID cooler and pro and cons ? i personally reckon a hyrbrid will just to the same job as and expensive brand name

thanks for the help ppl guess i wont buy it then and just get the one myfriends..brother $1k installed its one of those universal coolers.....its imported from taiwan..... are these any good ? its size is 800x300x76.....also does size matter when u get a cooler like the bigger the better ? or will a 600x300x76 cooler do the same job ? its been fitted on a r32 and so far no problems

hey i ppl i was thnking about buy this TRUST inercooler for my r33 gts-t i was wondering wat ppls thoughts are for it http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...2486874734&rd=1 would i be able to bold this cooler straight on my skyline or will i need some andjustments and if it was real would i really need somthing that is rated 1000+hp wen im only looking for around 200+ rwkw around there do u think its a real trust intercooler....any suggestion it is brand new

Just asking how much fuel can the 1994 R33 GTS-T hold in its tank i heard it was 65 L or 50 L was not sure about this also i have a problem my fuel gauge does not seem to be working properly meaning the fuel guage does not decrease smoothly i would drive say 200k then i would see a chunk of the fuel gauge move down then, it would rapidly decrease until closer towards the end then slows down again... is there a problem with a sensor or anything ?....and how could i be able to fix this thank you

ok im looking at purchasing a 800 mm FMIC but im not sure it will fit..... on the front bar of the car or not ??

Hmmm to bad i carnt read japanese..or it might be helpfull..looks like every skyline driver out there has or had the same problem with HICAS, but has anyone actually solved the problem without taking out the light of fuse

yeh ma r33 drives perfectly fine in a straight line i was just wondering..how to take it of just due to the fact its annoying me..to see it on all the time..i have taken of ma streering weel (aftermarket) and sure i placed it straight maybe its a sensor how much are one of those HICAS lock ?

oh thats cool piping and BOV for $550. does that include BOV or did u supply your own BOV anyone else got any input ? but i really dont need BOV i got one

thats cool i knew that i have to up the boost...but i dont need the kit cause i can get the actuallu intercooloer at cost price..so its much cheaper (secrect) all i need is the piping just wanting to know how much is the piping going to cost.

Hello everyone i hopefully purchasing a Hybrid frount mount for ma R33 GTS-T soon so i would like to know how much piping would cost and maybe installation ? Also if anyone could give me any places in melbourne that (would not try to rip me off) make the piping for me Also how much power do u think a 800mm x 90mm frount mount would add ? kws ?

ok so im getting alot of differnt input this is really helpfull..thanks for the help everyone but im still getting mixed answers, some ppl drive with HICAS on and some people dont...now im confused ..should i drive with it one or should i get it fixed ? :run:

hey were would i buy one of thoses HICAS lock and how much ? is that the one from supercheap auto the other guy was talking about ? one more thing is it dangerous to drive with the HICAS light on ? meaning like if i take a turn ma back end wont slide out or anything ? or anything similar

alright im kinda new to skylines but im learning as much as i can about them explain this to me as if i was a 3 year old child ? I still got the original steering wheel.....im kinda gettin you LOL

Alright im sure this question has been asked a million times on this forum..ok I got a aftermarket steering wheel (momo) that came with the car when i bought it (R33 GTS-T). So the hicas comes on about 10- 15 after driving and stays one until i turn of the car. Is it alright to leave the HICAS on will it affect the car in anyway while driving ? Also how would i overcome this problem making the HICAS light go away... thanks to anyone who can help me

hey i need a new batter for ma r33 ? what should i buy ? whats good for its value planning to put a whole systems in there later on subz, amp,splits, head unit etc but that wont happen until end of this year ? so what type of battery would u reccomend not something to expensive thankyou

yeh thx for the help i had a look under neath the car i think i can smell the burning from the cat...suposibaly.. but i best better have a look at it i der might be somthing caught there makeing the burning smell... thxz for the help

hello i own a r33 skyline and i just recently purchased it but now i had if for about 1 months or so now and now i can smell a burning smell from the bottom of ma car sometimes it on and off ? i was wondering what is wrong is it ma clutch or what ? and if it is it this a really bad problem ?

hello ppl i was asking for some advice on buy a skyline i currently found a a recently imported r33 gts-t 1993 (stock azz) for around 13k to 14k it has done 78,000 km i was wondering if this was a good price for it ? also what should i look for wen buying the car engine wise and body wise what should i look for ? :flamed:
