  1. Anyone interested in using this? Seems to be very well developed, especially with the self-contained lubrication system which looks unique to my eyes. Is full boost by 2000rpm really possible? http://www.aerocharger.com/aerochargers.php
  2. Gday, I'm interested in fitting the above transmission, so would like more info on it. If anyone could also point me towards their shop for some info it would be great, however, I am not in Australia. 1. How difficult a job would it be? My mechanic is great but if it's like prototype development stuff I'll need to give it a miss. 2. What car is the transmission from? Thanks in advance!
  3. r32 combat's build thread on gtr.co.uk has quite detailed pictures of his external pick up setup
  4. I've got a rb26/30 with a big single in a bnr32 and the bonnet was a major headache. In the end, spaced out the bonnet frame with massive nuts (I think 10mm), cut the frames at the turbo and cambelt covers and even had to hammer out at the cambelt covers. Absolutely no way to fit strut brace. However with spacers, there is a good gap to allow hot air to escape from the engine bay.
  5. So is the Pierburg pump installed? Got an inline Bosch 044 at the moment fed by intank pump... but would like to hit 700-750bhp. Interested in this Pierburg pump!
  6. Hi, if it's not too much trouble, could someone post up some pics on what the setup looks like? I just bought a sw20 MR2 electric pump on ebay uk for 48 pounds. There's lots up for sale for really cheap, like 30-40 pounds. Thanks in advance
  7. Hi guys and gals, I'm having multiple leaks with my BNR32 power steering system (also supplies HICAS on the bnr32). So I'm thinking take the whole HICAS system out and fit a new p/s pump. Been looking at R33 GTR pumps but not easy to find over here (Malaysia). But then heard about some people installing electric power steering pumps, like from the MR2 or Mercedes A-class. I just bought a tested and working one off ebay UK for only 48 pounds. So has anyone down under got an electrical p/s pump fitted? If you don't mind, could you post some info or pics on it. Thanks in advance!
  8. Ive seen rockabilly's video and IMHO it doesnt really help you to decide whether rb26 or rb30 is better on track. There's so many other factors other than just hp and torque. This may sound like heresy but if I was serious on a trackday car it wont even be a skyline. Rockabilly and his mate were easily overtaken by a caterham-type car, gt3 and a ford escort rs (hope i got the cars right LOL)
  9. I'd just buy this car, swap the engine in and sell the car again http://www.spoolimports.com/used-performance-parts/car-for-sale-spool-rb34-610rwhp-r33-skyline If only I lived in Australia, sigh....
  10. I think the evidence is mounting re N1 oil pumps. Ive chosen an oem for mine with crank collar and limited to 7000rpm. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/283867-n1-oil-pump-epic-fail/
  11. Sorry for this. What oil pump were you running?
  12. Gday I'm from overseas but have got a friend in West End, Brisbane who has a container lined up to come back. I've already got a rb26/30 installed in my car at the moment but would like to have a spare just in case, they are as rare as hen's teeth over here. Does anyone have a spare rb30 block that can be delivered to my friend? Just need an empty block, don't need crank, pistons or rods (planning to go spool stroker kit). Please PM me Thanks!
  13. Price now reduced to $4200! http://www.spoolimports.com/products/spool-specials
  14. Hi, I'm new to Brisbane and looking for a Cusco Master Brake Stopper? Can anyone recommend a good import/jap parts retailer near Brisbane? Also looking for some Volk GT centre caps. Thanks a million guys.
  15. Hi, sorry for noobish question but have done a little search but no conclusive answer. My block is being bored at the moment to fit 86.5mm forgies. I've looked around and available headgaskets seem to be 87mm and 88mm. Which size do I choose? Thanks
